The family rooms provided were so good, beyond imagination. Veg restaurant is very good and serve tasty dishes.

Room were good but not the best because no room service ..Even after calling reception for room service they will not respond immediately.. We booked a suite room which was spacious but the bed was not good .. Got neck and back pain . Dimora veg restaurant is next to the Hotel which serves good quality food at nominal price. This hotel food alone is highly recommended.... Even to clean the room for the next day we need to ask them multiple times.. In the bathroom mug was not given after asking they gave a broken mug.. TV was fixed by the technician on the 2 nd day of stay

Room probably the best in city with the price. Boy helps to Life luggage. Lift is there. Soaps and shampoo also given in small quantity. Good ventilated hotel. Gives free water bottle. We asked for 4 bottles. Overall good experience. Pillow and takiya are also provided 2

Nice and quiet hotel with clean rooms. Really well maintained. Don't give it a 5 since the receptionist didn't help when we asked him to assist booking a taxi to go to the train station at 4:30am. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed here 2 days. The room is allocated was sufficient for 3 guests. They have rooms available in three floors and reception in ground floor with lift facility and fire fighting equipment. It's open 24hrs. The rooms and washrooms are maintained decent. Price also is affordable. There is vegetarian restaurant Saivam attached to it. The staffs are also kind.

In this hotel I was treated really badly for being a foreigner. When I arrived at reception looking for a room they told me that everything was taken, but I saw in some booking pages that they had availability and when I told them that they laughed like a mocking laugh and told me that they didn't want foreigners there. The room is fine, the stairs and hallways need urgent cleaning.

Room was ok.. Airconditiner efficiency very low. Garbage basket inside the bathroom was not cleaned. I could see even sanitary napkin in that from the pervious occupant. Shower mixer not working. Toilet spray no lever. On complaint the spray gun was replaced. But was leaking. This shows that no supervision in done and every thing is left to the house keeping staff. Next door restaurant food was good.

Located at the main place their rooms were ok kind for the money paid. Restaurant saivam attached to the hotel is really good. Food are tasty and served on tym. Worth the money.

The hotel is located on main road and is easy to travel to any part of city. There are many buses and autos available from this place. The hotel is decent and is neatly maintained. Only problem for us is with the bed. There is a restaurant available downstairs which serves good food. It also happens to be one of the best restaurant in town with good taste and within budget.

The hotel rooms are very very small located in a busy area. They will give you morning break fast free at 8.30 am in the Bar room🤣 further the bar room services till 12 am to 12pm. After that it is named as Resturant where they will.give you free break fast if you ask.compulsarily. The hotel is great and the cleanliness is really top notch. Nearest to the rockfort temple and baazar. But if ur check-in is late after tell please call and book so u will get 24 hours from check in. It has a good veg restaurant and a separate non veg restaurant nearby

Feels new and really easy access to a lot of place from this hotel. Few minutes of walk to Mangal and Mangal, Sarathas, Pothys, The Chennai Silks, Sri Sangeethas and more place along with famous pillaiyar temple. Recommended hotel which can be check out when plan to go Trichy. Thank you.

Rooms are big but the challenge is car parking the hotel can accommodate only four cars in there basement. We have to park our car outside in front of the hotel, night time it is okay if your parking on the daytime there are challenges in managing traffic police and extreme dust since the hotel is on the main road. Hotel has separate restaurant but we didn't try any food out there. Room service is another pathetic stuff, we reached hotel at 10:00 p.m. and we just ask the person to give some towel and sanitary items and we got everything at 12 a m. Room can accommodate easily 4 people and another challenge is the bed it is too old and as soon as you sit the your bud reaches to the bottom of the bed.. the person who prefer hard bed like me will face some sleepless nights

The room was really awesome . The way the staff treated the guest was nice . Car parking is good enough. It's a friendly budget hotel . Cheap and best .

The service is very slow, very late and the staff does not seem to care much about the guests. The bedspreads, sheets and pillow covers were completely dirty and they don’t have a clean one in their stocks too. The food is not upto the mark and anything you order to your room, you must pay before you eat it. A ridiculous stay, would never like to go back again and its totally not worth it.

We stayed here for a day. I had booked 2 rooms but due to some marriage function they didn't have 2 separate rooms so they gave us a family room which was fine for us as it was just for a night. They have basement parking. Manager Gopi was very kind and helpful. They have a restaurant downstairs but due to less staffing it takes a while to get the food served, taste was okay.

Very Average Stay. Rooms are big but the toilet doors are in breaking condition. Particularly in room no 304 in 3rd floor. Fans are making noise. Poor front desk service. Restaurant connected to the hotel charging high. Old stinky pillow covers. Poor room service. Overall very poor service and stay. This place has to improve a lot.

The hotel allowed only one person in one room.He insisted I pay 500 per day per person .I had shell out 2000 rupees for 2 couples staying in two rooms for two days. We had very bad experience and stay awful. We will never again look at this hotel .
