Horrible
experience
Booked

booking.com
and
confirmed
with
them
two
times
abt
booking.
They
told
yes
it
is.
When
I
arrived
with
my
family
at
10pm,
they
told
we
are
not
in
partnership
with
Oyo
nw(asusual
same
problem
from
past
2-3
years
if
we
see
other
reviews)
After
explaining
them
abt
the
confirmation
call,
they
told
they
can
provide
only
one
room
from
non
Oyo.
We
were
6
people
and
at
that
time
we
didn't
had
any
option
and
we
said
yes.
3900₹
for
one
room
of
4
sharing
they
told.
After
so
many
conversations,
the
staff
called
to
owner
to
explain
the
situation.
But
the
owner
was
helpful
and
he
warned
them
and
finally
they
agreed
for
3200₹.
This
one
star
is
not
for
room
or
staff.
It
is
for
owner
Then
comming
to
room,
we
asked
for
towels.
Not
even
single
towel
they
provide.
When
I
asked,
they
told
all
rooms
are
full
and
we
are
out
of
stock
which
is
another
bad
service.
Overall
all
we
family
of
6
adjusted
in
one
room
of
4
sharing.
Hotel
room
is
good
but
that
Oyo
partnership
thing
is
still
not
at
all
sorted
out.
This
is
my
suggestion
to
hotel
owner
sir
that
kindly
sort
out
this
partnership
with
Oyo
problem
otherwise
it
will
make
so
many
other
guests
to
be
in
problem.
