Clean and safety place for family... Rooms are clean. The staff was helpful...They provide towels water bottle everyday...

The owner of the property issues accommodation confirmation on this property and asks you to stay at another dinge like place on a congested lane few meters away. Avoidable. The staff were in Deep sleep or were away from the facility. I booked through Booking.com and got full refund for my cancellation.

The best hotel to stay awesome and clean rooms. Awesome service from staff. We came at 11pm and you didn't had any water bottle so he took me himself on his bike to the store. Amazing service

Room is nice and comfortable for 4person but we got the room in 2nd floor. Using steps is the only inconvenience but youngsters can manage it. It's like small single bedroom home.

The room was clean and good.. Even the washrooms were good but the flush was not working good... Water bottles were not provided to the room.... Parking slot is not there should be parked on road itself..... But well maintained room and it's a budget friendly room . .. Comfortable for 5 to 6 members

Well maintained and beds are really spacious. Person at reception is really nice and helpful. Would suggest family to stay here. Air conditioning is good.

Would have given a minus star if it was allowed. The fact that you book their room hoping to spend a nice time in trichy, but hey the owner got so greedy for the money that he had to cancel the booking at the last moment. Why don't you increase the price in the beginning itself if that was ur issue. I am sorry this is how an outsider shall talk about your state when his friends ask how was tamilnadu.

Would have given zero star rating if the system allowed it. Don't be fooled by the images, promises and other positive reviews. Zero cleanliness (bathrooms were worse than public toilets), lying host (just empty words and promises). Keep away and save your money and peace of mind.

Service, Cleanliness were bad. No cover in the dust bin. No sweeping of the rooms per day.

Such an unethical management. I booked Rooms in 2020 and paid advance of 1000Rs. Till today I am chasing them to redund the same as we could not travel due to corona restrictions. Promising evertime they will pay and never done. I made up my mind that let thos amount be a donation to Sri Ranganathaswamy . VERY POOR response and customer handling.

Avoid this place at all cost. Rooms are very unclean.. very poor servicing.. spend the full day in dark when the power went of.. when asked the owner was so rude and took no action whatsoever. Don’t go by the photos that you see!

Mr. Prabhakar is The Contact person to book rooms. They have 3 Rooms with Two beds. Also have 3-4 Villa type accommodation. They maintain well the rooms. Provide Bisleri water every day. Also Towel, Toothpaste, Travel Soap, Shampoo sachet. Arranges for Good coffee from Murali Cafe, on payment. Any such small help will be done by Mr.Senthil, Housekeeping person. They arranges for Auto also on need basis.

Overall okay stay... Needs improvement in cleanliness. Especially bathrooms. Cockroaches were many in bathroom area.

Dirty, lot of cockroaches, switches were not working properly, bathrooms are not upto our expectations on cleanliness! Very poor host, no service, no response whatsoever!!! Only respite it’s closer to Srirangam Ranganathar temple
