The worrrrssssstttttt and the worst hotel ever seen Such a bad behavior and also rude behavior with customers They just need money not anything else. Rooms are dirty with ciggarette and drinks bottles and u can't stay thr with mosquitoes too. Starting they told just 1300 and finally they collected 2500 from us. They are the worst people seen Uncultured and unethical Just money they need U don't even get tea or biscuits near to that. No shops nothing Recommend not to go for jancy residency in annanagar🙏🙏🙏

Room was in good location but don't order food with service people

Not clean and even didn't have basic cleanliness. Even the closet remains previously used, I used to flush the same. Worst hotel I ever seen

I felt with their bed quality, it so awesome and no words to tell about that cushion effect. I enjoyed very much and I never seen like that bed quality since everywhere I were travelled and stayed in hotels.

Horrible experience. Very rude behaviour of staff. Charging extra money from outsiders & when refused to give extra money they closed the doors. Don't book this hotel for your own safety.

Not satisfied with the room facilities. I have given a Double bed room which has holes in the ceiling and the room was not cleaned properly before letting in. The customer service was average. An auto driver suggested this place by saying near by Trichy central bus stand. But it was actually located around 2 to 3 kms from Trichy central Bus stand. You need to walk about 500mts for near by Bus stop. So if any elderly Persons coming please come in Cabs. Overall it was good to stay if you are having no choice of rooms available near Bus stands. The price is average and affordable compared to others rooms located near by.

The room was fine but no cleanliness at all. Even when they handed over the room, during checkin the room was kept untidy neither they made an attempt to clean. The most annoying thing was there was drainage water left for usage in the room. I went and reported it at the reception and they told it will be fixed within few hours but no action was taken. I literally used water from my drinking water to refresh myself. The worst experience I could ever have in a stay. I will never recommend anyone to this place.!!

Worst place to stay , specially for the outsiders They ask for extra money at the time of checkout. Also locks the door and will not let you go .

No dust bins. Drinking water, bathing soap, oil etc not provided. A medium level rooms

Located far away from the bus terminals but rooms were ok. Service was good too. May be they can provide more linens and towels.

Rooms are very worst , Bed ,billows not hygiene very dirty service behavior was very route as well cost also too much in this h residency ...i strongly not recommended ...guys pls dont guide for autokaran ( They are connecting ) ..Very Poor worthless ...room rent ( 1500 + GST single person ) GST is a mandatory but not provide computerized bill ....

Worse oyo dont have this hotel access. We booked in oyo app at 618 rs when we went for check in we came to know oyo access was denined before 3months for the hotel.we suffered a lot in the midnight after booking

Rooms are not nice.... AC maintenance is not good. . . They use to ask less rent for the room but we need to give excess amount for cashier Nagaraj orelse he won't give room... Room service is really worst... And this residency is only for alcholos.... They won't give room if you refuse to pay additional amount for Nagaraj and room service person

This hotel is very nice for families bathroom & cart is very clean and good TV also available we book this room far 850 rs for one day Complentry : water bottle & bath soap

Need to improve the service requirements rooms seems average.

Worst behaviour of management and behaviour. Please don't waste your money. First time dealing with this kind of idiots 😡
