Location is not good. You need to depend on Ola, others autos are charging too high. Rooms are just ok. They just placed the AC and TV in the old room that's it. Room ambience is not good. Hygiene is average. Food provided by them was very cheap. Don't book the room with breakfast. Menu is Idli 4 to 5 piece and 1 methu vada. It's better to take food outside. And TV is not working as setup box was not installed. OYO kit is very old so pls go with your own travel kit. Even the towel provide by them is having stains.. Consider this hotel as a last option for stay.

The rooms are okay. You can catch many autos nearby. It is pretty close to the railway station and the bus stand. It is good fir the price. The staff was good. Parking is limited. But you can park on the road. The rooms are as the photos indicate. Over all a good budget place to stay in Tiruchirapalli. It is very close to Srirangam temple as well.

This hotel is more like a hostel. It's an old building without proper maintenance. The walls are cracked, congested room and they have TV's from centuries ago. Even though this is an OYO, the management here makes their own rules and regulations. I booked a room here with complimentary breakfast. In the morning, when I asked for breakfast they told me that no breakfast is provided here. When I said it was included in my oyo booking, they replied they have their own rules for that. Please ensure the facilities provided here directly before making a booking here.

Don't even think of this. The location itself you won't like it. Due to crematorium, you always get those drum set, crackers sounds. Not simple crackers they all are break your heart for a second while you hear. Due to this you can't sleep. Rooms are worst and simply waste. Totally waste.

This is Mansion + Hotel. I recommend this for monthly rental. Because we get cot with bed, TV with cable connection for all AC and non AC rooms. Every floor has balcony with good seating arrangements. 5 th floor is open terrace for cloth drying. You can see Srirangam and Uchi pillayar from here clearly.

Tv not working...room not value for this price...

This place is away from the central busstand and the railway station. They sell rooms on a monthly basis and no friendly managers are available. Especially no refrigerator in common for a diabetic patient and when i ask the watchman said the cooler is switched off by the company people who offered it for free and can't unlock it, sounds stupid in this era. Pathu get ur watchman at least matured.

They are charging extra money even if the booking is made online through oyo or goibibo.. Their minimum charge is Rs. 750 for single and Rs. 950 for double bedroom.. So if u book room less than this amount they will charge the difference amount while checking in.. Rooms are not that great..

Rooms are so dirty and there is no TV connection. Hotel asking to check out at 6 am early morning but standard check out is 11 am. Still I'm wondering how OYO people are considering ths hotel is in 3 star level.

Very Worst place for stay, Don't consider this room . Pillow and bed covers are not washed. Water leakage.tv is not there.

Best place to live in Trichy for monthly rent. The staffs over here is really polite and the room maintenance is superb.

Room was good enough for the price , safer also !! But the water provided is worst coz the water purifier filter has not been changed I think so 🙄

New building and neat rooms. Comparing to other mansion nearby it's 500 to 1000 rupees extra but other mansions will be off common restroom and small rooms with double Cot to share. So I can suggest this extra rupees will give you reasonable comfort. I have circled many mansions around by. So annai residency is the best.

Definitely one of the good places to stay in Trichy if you are planing on being here for months. But not a great fit for single dah or week since you can find more good places at slightly higher price with more facilities. Easy to get there as most auto and can drivers know the place. Lift service is currently not available, so bit difficult for disabled people to get around
