Unfortunately, I am unable to rate this place with zero stars.Worst experience i have ever had, we were stereotyped by Jagan Me and my wife were on a vacation and had planned to halt in Trichy Though we had booked a room before reaching the hotel, we called them to inform them that we would be reaching around midnight. Once we reached, they made us wait for a while stating another family walked in for a reservation, because of which our room was delayed. We had booked a non AC room, initially they gave us a room where some renovations were happening with scuff holdings, we couldn't close the windows, when asked for an alternative room he asked us to wait for 5mins which went on for more than 30mins We were frustrated and kept following up, Jagan warned us when we asked how much more time it was going to take, as my wife was waiting at midnight in the lobby where people were smoking. Later, he asked the room boy to come even though the room was just mopped and not dried He asked us to check in by ourselves, and rudely commented saying unmarried couples should not be let inside, when we asked him how he could make such a comment without knowing, he seemed careless about it. Our recommendation, don't go to this place, they prefer only people who do large bookings and are very stereotypical.

Rooms are so neat and good spacious clean. Family can stay here... food available hot water yes. Service is good. Carparking as of now can park near flat unsed. Safe 👍 good. Definitely can visit without worry its good

Really nice big room bit clean too and that too for the price but the service was pathetic. We had a tough time during check in at night around 10:39 ( they gave our room to someone else inspite calling them and updating on a regular interval) rest are fine.

A place where you can crash for a night or two. Service is slow. Even after we have called and confirmed the rooms, the front office had no clue and we waited for a long time to check in. No ample parking space. Rooms are tidy and neat.

Bed spreads and pillow covers were smelling bad like anything couldn't explain that, for people who are coming with family this place is not suggested as there is lot of people have smoked inside itself. Alcohol and smoke smell all over the floor and room which ruined our stay.

Excellent value for money, since it's budget category you can't expect variety for breakfast, but may be they can hide little price and offer variety for breakfast

It’s in the main road and rooms/bathrooms were neat for the Elite AC Rooms. We booked it at the last minute and this option was decent as compared to others. Note: They don’t provide mineral water and we need to buy it separately.

The rooms are neat and comfortable. It has both AC and non AC rooms. There was a complimentary breakfast provided for AC room guests. It has a parking space behind the hotel. It is situated on the road at the end of Trichy to Dindigul bypass road. My stay here was pleasant and I felt good. This place is recommended.

Good hotel to stay near to "The Indian Public School, Trichy Main Campus". Near to that there is Suvai hotel. Solo travellers /family can try dinner

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, our experience was marred by numerous issues that left us feeling unsafe and thoroughly dissatisfied. Upon arriving, we were made to wait for a staggering 45 minutes before our room was finally cleaned and handed over to us. This was particularly frustrating, as we were already tired from our journey. To our horror, we discovered that the room latches from the inside had been removed, leaving us feeling vulnerable and unsafe throughout our stay. It was distressing to know that anyone with a key could potentially enter our room at any moment. To make matters worse, despite booking a room with three beds, we were initially provided with just a mattress. It took three reminders before we were given the promised arrangement. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially for families. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, and the lack of safety measures is concerning. While it may be suitable for single travelers or bachelors, families should avoid this establishment at all costs.

Good location very near to railway station and central bus stand. Room amenities Not Value for the money. Be aware of Mosquitoes. Staff at reception good. Car parking top notch. If you ever stay at this eat at the mouth watering restaurant opposite.

We did online booking via goibibo. While checking in, a lady at the reception was having her food, NEVER EVER bothered to attend to us. Reluctantly checked the diary and told us, your booking has been cancelled. Shocked for a while, we patiently waited for her to finish off her food. Then after taking sweet time, with her ugly constipated face, told, ok, rooms are vacant and take them. No one at the concierge to pick up our bags. The car parking though dedicated, is available at the rear side of the hotel. No security. After asking 10 times receptionist told us go and park at the rear side. Every other employee says that the receptionist is that way and behaves rude. Rooms are fine, neat. Breakfast was Buffet!!! Ha ha.. idli, Vada, Pongal. We can rare 3 on 5. Either coffee or tea is available!

I expected happy welcoming but little disappointed from them. Expect this all went well. Room is good and spacious, Ac working well, Room service is good, Tv is working fine, Wifi is speed and good bandwidth, Bike and car parking is available(no valet parking we need to park and carry bag to room by ourselves), Bathroom should be neat but not too bad and Hot water is available 24 hours and It is located in the Karumandapam area(dindigul road). So my experience in JK Residency was so so good.

Room charges was more than reasonable. And the service also aren't great. Drinking water wasn't available and I have been followed for 3-4 times for that

Good Residency. Located 4kms from central bus stand and Railway station. The hotel is vey neat and rate is affordable only. Polite behavior from the staff. Room service and also near by restaurants available.

You can literally find tons of mosquitoes in every premium suite room and the hotels staff's will not make you feel welcomed and the way they treat you will definitely make you less important and a regret feel for choosing this stay

Rooms are good but choose AC occupancy. Hot water is not available even during early morning 5AM

I was traveling with parents who cannot climb stairs. The hotel does not have wheelchair accessibility and they had hard time climbing 8 to 10 stairs. The hotel did arrange for their movement when we arrived in the evening through basement still they had to go through 4 stairs. The management needs to focus on accepting guests with disability as well. We stayed only for one night so nothing much to complain. The room was neat and good. One star less for the points mentioned earlier.

Booked for this weekend for my family via @makemytrip but next day morning manager from that hotel called and said that some maintenance work is going on but i couldnt see any work going there. Very worst behaviour. Again in staright we went and checked for room they said its available and we enquired that we booked via app and you said some work is going on and now how come. They are telling that if we book via app they will get the paymebt later. Then why they nees to have their hotel in common applications. So people booking via cash or via staright they wil accept. Otherwise they wont.

I had 3 days in this hotel... The electricity went off a lot of times and the wifi disconnected. The prices on the menu aren't accurate and they made me pay for extra day just for mor four hours from my checkout time... I dont recommend
