My name is Ajith Kumar. I just stayed at Chola between May 31st to Jun 3rd 2022 at Room 207. I was flying to Trichy from Dubai for a personal trip. I contacted Chola for a booking and John responded back immediately with the booking options. It was very pleasant stay and the staff and management was extremely helpful in all aspects. Very quality rooms and cleanliness. Some minor improvements which i informed John for betterment. A good veg restaurant is down and swiggy, zomato also delivers. Tours and travel arrangement is available. So overall a recommended option for international travellers looking for a very decent stay. Prices matches the stay. Its important to maintain the same status of quality always and improve as years continue. Thank you Chola team and John.

I stayed in this property with my family for a night. Positives: This property located in centr of the city. Car parking facility available Bed was comfortable to sleep Aircon was good to match the humidity Restaurant below serves good food and service to our room was good. Negatives: Sofa was in bad shape & cannot sit due to wear and tear. Photos attached. Bad odour was seen in all rooms not sure about the reason. Television was not working complaint given but technician did not resolve it. For this given cost the facilities can be improved.

We stayed here with our family for a night. Our room didn't have a phone to call the reception and we had to go to the reception everytime we want something. No geyser. The TV in our room was not working and the team has not responded properly for this compliant.

Huge rooms with a wide variety of practical features such a large 7 seat sofa, 24 hours running water, a fridge with a kitchenette and suprisingly good wifi....Reasonably expensive but worth it.....Other things worth mentioning include a car parking, microwave oven and huge windows ..

Good place. Comfort like a 3 star hotel. Close to the railway station. They have a very good restaurant within the property. Service in the restaurant was super quick. Breakfast included packages are also available.

Pros: Hospitality, VFM, Cleanliness, Promptness of service, Room size & beds, accessible location, accessibility to city centre & highway, Food options at Ezham Suvai restaurant, complimentary breakfast options (mini tiffin at Ezham Suvai)!! The Twin Bedroom apartment was fantastic with the interconnecting door, and very spacious living area as part of one room! The furnishings were adequate for a family of 4/5 who take up the Twin Bedroom Apartment. Cons: None. Maybe I would say it is not prominently displayed anywhere that the property is located here. Maybe some positive advertising?? And, special mention to Mr. John who addressed every request of ours on priority basis promptly! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

It's quite surprising to see that a service apartment is this good. Kudos to the management. We had the entire place booked for a wedding ceremony and used them for 1 day stay. The quality of rooms were impressive. They were almost competent to big branded lodges. They have normal and suites types of rooms(which has small kitchen counter) with single and double cot available. I definitely recommend this place for a family stay.

I stayed for 2 hours paid the full amount vacated the room …. Due to very poor behaviour of the reception staff….

Fundamentally good rooms, decent staff, value for money. We had a 2 bed place booked for 2 nights. Booking was easy and night staff while checking in was very helpful. They have washing machine etc. And located quite strategically if you have work related to government etc.

I stayed there recently as a solo female traveler. It had very good reviews and the person in charge was communicative, so went for it. Stayed for 2 days. Highlights: Clean rooms, Clean sheets and clean bathrooms (very important) Well lit - lot of sunlight Located in an area that’s safe (near collector’s office) I wanted to visit the temples early in the morning - was delighted to have hot water in the tap. A big plus for me! There is a lovely restaurant called Ezham Suvai (7th Taste - translated loosely!) - Tasty, authentic, affordable and healthy food - they feature multi cuisine - North Jndian, South Indian and Indo-Chinese. Breakfast is complimentary for the guests of Chola Chola is about 80 Re-100 Re (by auto) from the station / bus stand A lot of families stay in this place, so felt safe. They do provide toiletry (shampoo, conditioner, soap) - the bathrooms feature toilet paper, which is helpful for tourists used to Western toilets Staff are polite, speak English and are helpful The AC runs well - so no mosquitoes in the rooms. When one steps out, can’t escape the mosquitoes (should be named national animal of India!! So pervasive!) There are autos nearby that take you to a variety of temples for affordable rates. Cons: The Wi-fi was not that great - barely existing, if you will.

Rooms are so good, we get the feel of home. Hot water is a trouble. They charge for drinking water bottle s.

Quality of Service: The staff provided excellent customer service throughout the stay. This includes assisting with setup, serving food and drinks, and attending to guests' needs throughout the event. Food and Beverage: The quality of food and beverage served at the stay was in high end. The variety of dishes catered in various options and suit the dietary requirements of guests. Value for Money: Excellent.

Its a nice stay. Has serviced apartments to stay and individual rooms as well. Had a good restaurant for food here.

Very neat and clean rooms and the service apartment is located on the main road. The staff is very friendly and approachable. It is a very good place to stay in Trichy with family. This place completely makes us feel like home staying. Many shops are nearby and reachable. Rooms prices are reasonable. Overall a good reasonably priced great service apartment in that area.

We stayed in a two bedroom service apartment. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The only downside is the location is far from Sriranganath temple and takes about 20-30 mins to reach so in case you have enough time then definitely go for it else if there is time crunch prefer staying near to temple.

Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Hotel is in a prime accessible location. Request the management to provide more water bottles if required / purified water in container free of cost. Trying to sell water bottles at premium will pull down ur image.

Am extremely disappointed by their service 1) intercom doesn’t work 2) If we call from our mobile yo reception , they don’t pick call at once 3) Room service is extremely bad, in the noon, I had asked for a bowl of curd which they did not even deliver, in the night again, I had asked for a bowl and spoon. Even after 90 minutes it had not arrived after three reminders.. 4) They don’t have a proper parking facility also. With the kind of service, they provide I highly discourage anyoneto stay in their property. If you would like to experience.disgusting service please come and stay over chola service apartment trich. 1 star for their service is too high. It should be negative.

It's a great place to stay solo or with family. My choice whenever I visit Trichy. 24-hour check-in is the added advantage. Staffs are friendly and kind.

Good location. Neatly maintained service home with Good restaurant in the same building. Near to railway station and bus stand

1. Spacious and clean rooms 2. Lot of small detailed and thoughtful furniture and fixtures for better use 3. Unique false cealing AC nice one 4. Quick services from the next door veg resturant 5. The resturant had a “ Promised” table booked card instead of the usual “ reserved” card 6. Best of all, affordable prices and decent luxury and food Kudos to the brains behind all the small detailings in the room.

Best place to stay. In affordable price. Near to railway station and bus stand. And there is restaurant too .

Rooms are very clean and looks good. They provide absolutely every needed things in room. Coming to down side, they not provide water other than two small complimentary water bottle. This is really bad. Not sure when all these hotels stop providing water and ask to purchase water during the stay. I been there with my kid and suffered lot. When i been there a car was parked in front of gate but no security to guide me to park my car. I ask reception and they ask to park my car outside and come back after 1 hr to get my car inside the hotel. Never heard these kind of suggestion from any hotel. No hot water in the early morning. Receptionist ask to open the tap for 25 minutes and i will get it. Worst part is, my family took bath in normal water and still couldnt find that hot water. Overall, proprietor invest lot of money to improve the look of the hotel and failed to have good employees.

An awesome place to stay comfortably and the restaurant ezhusuvai was simply superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay as it was pet friendly also. Highly recommended.

We stayed there for 3 days , first day we stayed in double room and later since other guests were joining us, we moved to a 2 bhk apartment. The double room provided was neat and excellent.however the apartment which was spacious with a balcony ,was not up to standard expectation as couple of washrooms - one attached to living room and MBB were stinking. The hotel staff cleaned it daily but still the stink smell was prevalent which was clear dampener. Also fridge wasnt working. Other than that no complaints as the room service excellent and the hotel attached is pretty nice, where you get great variety food at reasonable price.

Great place to stay !! Nice homely environment.. more spacious .. Additionally, the ezhlam suvai hotel is in the downstairs where the food is good. You can see OLA and Uber rush from morning to evening. For a comfort and peaceful stay.. try this Chola Service Appartment.

Liked the accomodation. But maintenance can be improved further. Not all two bedroom apartments have kitchen. Better than other serviced apartments in the city.

This is one of the best places to stay in trichy junction, neat place and well maintained service apartments which has nice restaurants closer by.

We were looking for a house-like service appartment but this place is more like a hotel-type service appartment. This is the reason for lower rating. It's bit on the expensive side with daily room rate above Rs 2,700. Service is good. The managerx Mr Ashok is helpful. The in-house hotel is decent.
