Very old air-conditioner and it doesn't have any button to operate. Bed quality is not good, it's very hard. Congested parking space and there is no dinning in this area. We need to walk to few meter to get our food. Lift is too slow, it taking more time to reach upstairs. Room windows are not good, few things are broken. It's OK to stay.

PLEASE AVOID ROOMS HERE !! Very sad and pathetic rooms. Rude staff. Misbehavior with my parents. The rooms and lobby stink of alcohol. Sheets are dirty and towels are torn. No water in taps. Buckets and mugs broken. A daily wage workers house is better maintained than this. Owner also has no sense of responsibility. Please avoid rooms here for your own sake.

It is not recommended for stay . I had stayed for a single day. These were the cons 1. The bed sheets,pillow covers, towers were not washed and cleaned properly. 2.The cleanliness was pathetic.There were cockroach everywhere. 3.The lighting in the room was not proper 4.The bathroom was not proper and had leaks.

I never seen such a terrible hotel. such a Nasty hotel. They are charging Rs 2000 per room and rooms are like a lodge. I cant sleep on night , Full of bad smell. Not maintaining the room. Breakfast also not providing in this hotel. I could see the near by peoples in hotel are drinking in the rooms and its not safe for families. i choosed the wrong hotel, since this is my first time. I dont go next time.

Worst front desk, asked my friend to go out at 2am to withdraw cash, 'sir card machine not working and payment has to be made now'. We had spoken with the hotel staff a day before regarding time of arrival, no of people, etc. Keshav at the front desk created all confusions and misbehaved to make sure we have a bad experience. Toilet was dirty, towels not clean, overall nothing was right. Overall this hotel should not be in the hospitality industry.

Worst hotel ever stayed. Not at all worth for the money. Non AC room is Rs.1010. The bedsheet was not washed. There was sleeping bugs all over the bed. Very bad experience is the Rest room. Hote is very near and walkable distance from trichy central bus stand and railway jn. Rooms are average but maintenance and services to be improved a lot. AC is pretty old and TV is not working in few rooms. Bathroom is good. Beds and telephones are in good condition. Multiple digital payments mode available for hassle free checkout. Lift is very old and takes long time to move which is annoying. Single, double and triple bed rooms available. Room service can be improved. Building is old and interior and rooms look old and can be refurbished for a better ambience.

The only positive thing is the location from the bus stand. Hotel staff are deceptive. Online booking is preferred. No value for commitment given by hotel staff on total room cost. Rooms smelling of liquor. Rooms are average with repeated calls required for provision of basic stuff like toiletries and towels. Experience for a 1 day stay not good. With so many hotel options nearby, would recommend to give Hotel Annamalai a miss.

Low price and room service good rooms very neat

Not maintained well. Need to be improved in maintenance. Insects in the room, no proper lighting, leakage pipes in bathroom. Earlier it was good now the maintenance is very poor. Management should improve on it.or else will lose all the customers.
