I stayed here with my family for 2- 3 days. The service was amazing, staff were friendly and the accommodation was excellent. The concept of a "serviced apartment" was new to me. Everyone visiting Trichy and planning for a stay, this is a highly recommended place! Price was also reasonable and water supply was clean and constant.

Worst staffs. A staff named mani behaves rudely. I am currently in the place and he misbehaved with my parents too and chased for money without a bill. When asked for a bill, he has a lethargic answer .. And still now I have not received my bill. Seems like he is trying to bully us.. Be safe and book rooms here.

Pillow covers are very very dirty. Workers show a lot of attitude and very rude. In one hotel room there can only stay 4 or 2 people and dosen't charge kids.

I stayed here for 2 days and nights and our room was maintained neatly; hard to find anywhere in Trichy. The staff were welcoming and adapted to the traveller's need. I would recommend this over other boarding & lodging in Trichy.

Had a miserable experience at this service apartment. They have mentioned that its an AC apartment but the ac’s did not work at all. We came during peak summer heat and found this place miserable. There are no heaters at the bathroom if u plan to stay here during winter time this hotel will suck for sure. They have very very poor room service inspite of us requesting for various stuffs all they said is a big no!!’ Actually want to give -10rating since its minimum rating is 1 forcefully giving 1* ! Never ever stay here and waste your hard earned money.

Had been to Trichy recently and this place was a good find. The location is their primary advantage with the famous temples being nearby and also good restaurants accessible easily. The rooms are near and tidy and staff were courteous. Overall a good place to stay.

We had been there a month ago for the Temple vist. The Place is very good. Service is Excellent and it is moreover like a Homely stay. Especially elderly people in family like it so much. Kudos to the team.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Rooms were clean and tidy. We stayed for one night and the location of the hotel was perfect. Extremely close to Thiruvanaikoil and Srirangam Ranganathar Temple and since we stayed here we were able to cover both the temples with ease.

I booked a family room with 2 bedrooms. The apartment was impressive. Very decent. They give a fridge, induction stove, kettle, TV, cloth drying stand, soap, and a shampoo. The room comes with a balcony. The room just gives you an at home feeling. Sufficient cushions, sufficient pillows. The rate is very reasonable. They charged ₹2900 (24 hours). Car parking is available. This is located in Thiruvanakoil, Bharathi Street. You have to buy food from outside. Ucchi pillayar temple is 15 mins from the apartment and you can take an auto from your location. There is no car parking at the temple premises. Don't take any chances. I liked my stay here and the service is also good.

Booked apartments for my family function. The guests expressed satisfaction regarding facilities and cleanliness of the rooms.

Was looking for a safe and best option to stay with family during our temple trip around Trichy. With close proximity to Tiruvanaikoil temple, Maduraa came in handy. Right from calling them for confirmation their staff members have been extremely courteous and warm. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. They also arrange for food if you tell them beforehand. I would highly recommend Maduraa if you are travelling with your family or as a group.

Whatever provided is not in good condition 2. Privacy is a big question as the window curtains are not good enough 3. Common bathroom - Toilet design is pathetic, you cant even sit there comfortabily Overall a very good place but needs much more maintenance.

Last week I visited the apartment, rooms was clean and neat. Water and air conditioner are working fine, staffs are very polite and helpful. As of now all good keep up the same.

We arrived the property only late in the night...after 12am...the person who received us did not like us checking in at that time. He welcomed us with a badnote...we did not like that. I had already informed that I will be checking in late only. I was told that I have to update this to MMT as welll...he acted as if he didn't want us to come. Finally after a back and forth between him and myself he check us in. Since the start 2as nod good and we were really really tired we did not like the stay at all Thanks Sivakumar.S

Well maintained lifts,neat and clean rooms, T V and refrigerator are available Beds and Sofa sets are very comfortable 24 hours hot and cold water available at reasonable rates.

Good rooms and services. Mostly suggested to families or couples. We stay in 5 days. Best rooms for daily or monthly rent base. Good staff and atmosphere.

Whatsapp message said for 2799/- double bed room, one additional will be provided as Free of charge. When we checked in night at 11pm, the person in charge told its not free and asked us who told it is free. Then after showing the message he scolded the person who sent this message and told us it is old tariff. So please confirm for additional bed if required while booking appointment itself. Other than its not up to the mark as expected. May be flats need to get replenished to give better look.

We travelled from US wanting to visit temples around Trichy. My friend referred this place. This place is so close to many temples and Hotspot. Absolutely value for money... People were so approachable. They gave us utensils, helped us get groceries and other stuffs.. We cooked our own food and felt at home. Thank u Maduraa

I am staying here for almost 2.5 years.Staffs here wld help U out more than Your Family. Being all alone from East during My Stay a Single Day I never Felt I am not at My Home.....When in 2020 March the whole Country went under Lock down, within a Single Day Manager D.Mani arranged my all cooking infrastructure and through out the lock down kept of accompanying me with all helping hand with all Staffs like My Family members way back home.Out come having such a smooth Stay I scored above 80% in my Mphil....If U stay here u wld hv solution at every situation with a most secured and affordable stay best among all over South India.
