The location of this place is just so wrong in google maps; SPM residency is next to kavery hospitals in Thennur; This location needs to be changed; Nice hotel to stay in Trichy; Very poor outlook of the hotel with an ugly blue board mentioned as " SPM Lodge" ; But infact the rooms are very neat n nice n well furnished with clean bed and sheets with tv and properly maintained bathrooms; No hotel/ restaurant available and one has to walk a considerable amt of distance to access a nice hotel; No phones available ; Hot water available but u ve to inform d reception to switch on d heater. Just 3 km from Trichy main bus stand. Economic hotel with reasonable pricing.

1000 rs on weekday is costly in Trichy ,,but receptionist and room service folks are very friendly Located right after kauvery medical center In tenur Had stayed in December so no ac needed , fan was more than enough Linen were clean and good I booked using make my trip at 800 rs per night

Located in tennur Cross road 12 trichy Residential area Descent for a stay in trichy Parking available for single car One entry opens to the main road A tiny shop for juices and shakes exist in the ground floor Services after 9am
