Rooms, service (housekeeping) was totally good. But the hotel manager is the one, who are not at all capable of handling the things. By the time, I checked in, the room wasn't ready. Even during checkout, the late check-out charges were equal to the half day charges of room rent. We checked out around 02:00 pm. Even 4 or 5 star hotels are affordable than the smaller hotels. We often stay this property, whenever my family visits Trichy, we book here only. But next time, we go some better hotels. Thanks for your wonderful service.

I recently had the chance to stay at this hotel, one of the worst hotels when it comes to cleanliness, disgusting bed sheet, with nice and bright patches on the cover sheet, horrible bathroom. Their AC they have put lock so even if u are feeling hot just go ahead with the temp that they have set. No proper ventilation, damp room.

Hi came for an business trip for 3 days good one to stay all is perfect , on service given 4 ratings due to no remainder for Break fast and water provided need bit improvement here to make further happy smile from customers , but all the staff been very much polite over all had good experience recommended for stay here

Service was not good. And they only speaking about money. Rooms are not well maintained. 3rd floor rooms are allowed for drunkers and smokers. Im struggling with breathing problem after a 2 days stay, becuase they allowing smoking and drinking overall bad experience.

Had a comfortable stay at Sonas Inn with well attended staff with special mention to Shaktivel and Jayanthi (restaurant) who were very courteous & hospitable. The complimentary breakfast used to be elaborate and delicious.

Hi All, I have visited for room. Charge of the room is lower only in site of 3rd party application. If you going directly they charge higher than online. Better book in any site and go directly.

The bed sheet was not cleaned. It was dirty. Ac remote didn't work. For double room only one towel and one stop was kept when two of us occupied the room. Toilet was not cleaned properly

Cig Smoke smell: Even though they have displayed "NO SMOKING" board signage in each floor. Cigrette smoke stinks the entire 3 floors. I feel really uncomfortable. Mattress: This time the Mattress in the room was horrible couldn't sleep at all. Not planning to stay anymore in this property.

The room was dusty, not maintained as before. Staff not friendly. We rejected the room asked them to change the stained bed covers. They gave us another room, with same dusty and stained bed covers. We made sure they put new bed covers and requested to clean the bathroom. Luckily we had the wet sanitizer and we were able to wipe every thing. We have been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years and this time it was very bad. My elderly aunty stays very close to this place and that’s the reason we stayed there. This will be the last time for us to stay here.

Apart from all the hotel facilities we book rooms based on trust and reliability. When I booked a room through bookings.com in sonas I got the room confirmation for the long weekend. On the day of travel morning I got the call on the mobile from hotel Sonas on my arrival time and all. After the call accidentally when I see the bookings.com messages they asked me to change the booking dates to weekdays. I called them immediately and asked about they told that they don't have rooms and will get back on that. I didn't get any call after that . When I called them in the mid of the trip they told that no rooms available and asked me to cancel. I have asked them we have pre planned this trip since we are traveling with baby but they were repeatedly saying no rooms available. Even after we pre planned and booked these money minded people give rooms to others on higher price because of long weekend. We struggled a lot in getting rooms over the weekend and finally got a decent place to stay. This is the worst experience I had in my overall travel plans. These people can cancel for you anytime when someone offers more money.

In recent times the room cleanliness is not good. They allot rooms which seems to be just used by someone else. It was my Favorite hotel for last 5 years. Food and hospitality is usually good. But in recent times the bed.. pillow.. bedsheet and bathroom are not clean and they allot room without checking it. That's the only negative point to Comment. Still it's my Fav hotel just because of their Service.
