Not a bad lodge. But more amenities shud be implemented. room 204. Heater switch control is near reception 😕. Tv was not working. Toilet flush was not working. First add basic ameneties like landline phone. For all the above mentioned issues, I had to get down to reception and complaint 😕 . That guy doesnt know customer service, he stares at me. Cleanliness was good. There is a common toilet upstairs which had Indian style toilet though was not clean. Nothing complimentary was provided like towel or soap or tissue. Room service should be improved. For this room rent I expected more ameneties like atleast morning coffee and all but opposite happened.

The room is good but the service is not so good. And out of the two rooms we took, one room AC was not working properly. When I told them about this, they came and looked and left but did not fix it.

We had a pleasant 3 days of stay. Rooms were neat and it's in heart of the city. Near to uchi pillayar temple and bazaar

The stay was very comfortable at such an affordable range. The hotel is just walkable distance from the rockfort temple and has accessibility to all shops as it’s in the center of the area

We booked hotel for 17 people for our college project work. Hotel located near to bus stop the room are very good ,neat and clean. The staff's are very polite actually they helped us lot because we are new to that place. The hotel is very good for staying under your budget.

The Room was neat and clean. Location was very accessible and convinent.

Location was in the main Road which made the access easy. Room Service was prompt. Room and Bathroom was clean. Bedsheets were clean but stains were there. AC and TV was functioning well. Parking facility is not there. We have to park on road. Drinking water was available for free.

They charged us Rs 500 more than what they have told. Because the person was not there with whom we spoke. The person at reception is lilttle bit rude . Hall is good and staff are good but it was not that much clean what in saw in the picture.

AC rooms doesn't work... Room with proper AC, water pipes doesn't work... Not recommended for family stay with children.. worst management worst maintenance worst service... Cost is too high with very poor quality..

Booked room around 9 pm for 3 adults and 2 children, have clearly told the reception to check everything working fine or not at the time of paying the amount, they said everything is good no worries at all later given one room there water tape was not working by the time we almost settled down,then given second room A/c was not working, then receptionist advised to take other room.. By the time we almost tired and our children were not sleep properly insdead crying continuosly whole night bcoz of room heatness..Its almost taken 3 hours to settled down from the booking time. we never faced this kind of worst service happened to us before ..Atlast receptionist saying continue with non A/ c service after multiple time follow up.. Room size is too small and not worth the price what we paid.. Better we can stay freely in conventional hall itslef instead of wasting time and money here.. Whole night my whole family was not sleep. This place is too fit for the people who wants to celebrate sivan rathiri either boozing and people can't relax here. people be more cautious and stay away from this kind of poor service..

Lodge in the centre of town gave us very good experience. Staff very courteous. Provides hot water around the clock. Require little more care of AC and TV which were not working.

Good accommodation within reasonable budget. Book directly through the lodge to get cheaper fares. It is close to auto stand, bus stand and some great veg restaurants and also near famous Malai Kotai Ganesh temple. Room service should be improved.

We went for a marriage function to Trichy so we booked a big 8 people room. First of all, they had two 1 ton A/C both were showing 16 degree but none of them was working. The room service doesn't fix that and we didn't get any basic amentities like soap, towel which comes as complimentary everywhere. The way they have the water was horrible that was not clean. Beds were Ok. One small tv was there for a 8 people room which doesn't have any sports channel, the day we went had cricket world cup final and the hotel authorities said to stream it in phone. Needs lot of improvement and good services to attract people.
