Worst experience!! Me and my friend had arrived at trichy early morning around 6 am and we were denied early check in since there was no room availability which is understandable. When we asked them if we could sit outside and wait till we can get checked in we were denied that as well. Finally we at least wanted to keep our bags in the hotel for which the staff working just ignored to answer us and switched off the lights so that we would go away. Treating customers like homeless beggars. Is this the courtesy offered to people who are traveling from out of station. We had to cancel our booking and search for another hotel which would provide us early check in. The worst start to our trip. I hope the staff learns a little but of respect and shows compassion towards the customers.

They are the one worst hotel which I ever stayed in my life if you rated them low they will phone call and speak very rudely and insult the guest. I stayed there for a day I experience ok service so I rated based on stay. After some days I booked the same hotel since it is near to my workstation that time they called and spoken in very bad manner and they told they cancelled my room they won't allow me. <br/>This way they run there business if you give good feedback they will lick the feet, if review they didn't like they will Cal and insult like we stayed for free. <br/>For the Sai homestay "sir pls learn to how to speak to the guest they are running an unprofessional management try to learn from mistakes or it will reverse the business".

Short and sweet stay . An economical home stay with all decent amenities. Worth staying , Homely and friendly atmosphere.

Easy access .. perfect location... Comfortable price .. my friend came from Chennai to Trichy for a official work. At that time we searching room for refreshing... Many rooms available at nearby locations.. but amount was too high for one day check in. At that time we found this residency at online ... Reception staffs are too polite and good manner.. and gave some suggestions for a route and local transport.. Per day residency amount for 2 persons is 1600rs .. it's worth that room.. easy access for near by location.. and his office is also within 3 kms.. must try for your official trip...

Good place to stay with family

Not a "Home" stay. Typical lodge with single room and bath. Fees are based on bed size, room size remained the same. Pricey. No hospitality from the staff. Mosquitos. Better take a look at the room before you pay.There are better home stay options for the same price.

The place is maintained well, however rooms are not spacious to accommodate third person. There is no covered parking, one have to park on curb side where the road is not wide enough for comfortable parking.

Rooms: Rooms are compact, clean, new-looking and well maintained. Toilet was clean and satisfactory, good hot water. We paid a total of 1100 for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children below 10 yrs of age, great for the price, booked through oyo. Would definitely return and recommend!

I am really delighted to be in this home. I would like to call it home, as there was nothing different rather more comfortable. My daughter loved the property, was very happy to have space for her to run around. I will be coming back to the same property next time I visit. I strongly recommend families to use this home stay.

Such a worst place.... They don't allow people to drink or smoke.. The Guardian is very strict and he keeps knocking the door to check if people are drinking or how many people staying in a room..
