Worst experience ever. If you are planning to Trichy kindly dont go to this hotel. Starting from the reception everything was dirty. Even the guy in reception was rude to us since the beginning. The bathroom was so dirty & extra bed was broken. I had my 8 months old baby & asked for water heater the receptionist guy replied that hot water is available only from 5Am to 6 Am. Having a hectic climate & routine which can rise up at that early. Totally it was very disappointing visit & not worth the money.

Cost-wise it is little cheaper than nearby hotels. But not a great experience. AC was not working properly. Even they don't have remote control for that split AC. Leakage in Western closet. Cable TV channels, but worst quality connectivity. Simply saying, cheaper but not a satisfied stay.

Worst as we had booked a non AC room and there was no TV, the bathroom was not well maintained and post complaining we had to switch three rooms as each had a different problem. Giving it two stars cause the hotel staff were considerate enough to respond to our problems and arranged alternate rooms. Also it happened to be quite near all the major temples in the city.

Nice place to stay. Service and response by hotel management is very nice. Hot water is only available in the mornings, else it's a decent stay.

Lost my shoes when kept outside of the room..when asked the manager told me why were you complaining after 1 day..it was because I did not notice..when I told to ask the house keeping guy, he told he did not have house keeping guy's number..when asked to check CC TV ,he told me he did not have PW to check CC TV and it was with the owner.. I was calling almost everyday to know the whereabouts but they only told me that he would check and inform..be careful with your belongings..the room and bathroom was full of mosquitos..no TV remote available...
