mentioned

me
during
check
in.
the
property
manager
clearly
mentioned
the
property
is
undergoing
renovation.
I
was
allotted
a
room
201
which
didn't
have
active
dth
connection.
the
service
manager
didn't
share
details
of
the
wifi
password
upon
check
in
for
which
i
had
to
come
down
a
couple
of
times
and
he
was
unhelpful
when
I
mentioned
that
the
wifi
didn't
connect
in
the
second
floor.
he
just
had
a
standard
response
that
other
travelers
who
stayed
earlier
didn't
have
problems
(which
was
a
hint
that
I
was
a
troublemaker
in
his
judgemental
eyes)
the
problems
continued
in
the
room
when
the
ac
didn't
have
any
controls
or
adjustments.
the
temperature
remained
at
25C
on
the
remote
and
the
service
manager
mentioned
that
neither
room
change
is
possible
nor
the
ac
will
be
fixed.
the
cot
was
creaking
like
the
background
music
of
a
horrible
horror
movie.
the
mattress
top
was
not
good
either.
i
had
checked
in
around
2
pm
and
was
waiting
for
the
additional
mattress
for
nearly
two
hours
and
had
to
go
down
to
remind
for
it.
The
property
manager
then
said
that
I
will
not
find
any
rooms
anywhere
in
Tiruchirappalli
area
for
the
amount
I
am
paying
(1269/-)
and
therefore
had
to
survive
with
what
he
was
giving
us.
I
finally
decided
enough
is
enough
and
submitted
the
escalation
to
Oyo
Assist.
All
in
all,
a
horrendously
bad
experience
by
the
collective
failure
of
oyo
local
teams
in
Tiruchirappalli.
The
customer
care
line
was
another
nightmare
and
I
had
to
rebook
myself
into
a
different
upscale
hotel
nearby.
