AC not working in room 203. No geyser in any room. Only Luke warm water. Taking full money for the day in advance but to rectify complaints not so responsive. Hotel I'll maintained. Rooms are smelly.

The hotel located 100mtrs of both Raja Gopuram main entrance and Vellai gopuram. We suddenly planned for temple visit, I was hunting for a room for family found this place. They charge 1650 for 3 members. All are AC rooms with Western closet. You can stay here and can visit for Viswaroopa Dharisanam at morning 5am. Bit disappointed with the dust in furniture and cupboard they didn't cleaned it. Management please consider it.

Stayed there for one day for an engagement. It was very clean and everything worked fine including AC, Television, waterline.. We've enjoyed a lot there without a single drawback.. Affordable price too...

Good : Very near to Srirangam temple which is good. Some rooms are spacious. Availability of lift. Not so good : Window curtains not there, hence light gets into the room. Mineral water not getting provided. In some rooms, beds have been placed closer to the rest room door.

Located very close to the Thiruvarangam temple main tower entrance. Room was clean and neat. Spacious room. 4 members in 1 room. Room had a double cot and 2 single cots. Bathroom was neat and spacious. We didn't get any bathing towel, soaps and etc... AC was comfortable. Had a TV too. Highly recommended...

Very bad behaviour by staff and rudeness has its limit. When we checked in, we already made a deal on extra bed. When a new person came, he denied the request and asked to pay additional money. He was not even ready to listen that we have a commitment from another person who checked us in. He was super rude and took some negotiation to make him realise that he is behaving like a fool. Rest all, room wise, location wise, it's very decent. We took a large room with 6 beds and costed 3000.

This lodge is very near to the temple.walkable distance . We have few veg hotels near by were we get breakfast lunch nd dinner,along with coffee nd tea.

Last time we even tho two, stayed in a 3 bed AC room.That was just ok. This time we stayed in a so called 2 bed AC. Horrible to the core 1. No moving space absolutely 2. From the bed u hv to just jump to the stinking bathroom 2a. No shower in the bathroom 3. No cupboards to keep anything 4 .boxes had to be kept on the floor only 5. Intercom has to be kept on washbasin 6. You can’t get down from the bed sideways. U hv to slide from up to down. In oneday itself I got hip pain. 7. Exorbitant amt 1500/- for just no proper facility 8. We came to stay for three days but vacated in just 20 hours as we paid the adv. 9 To top it all, no card no gpay accepted. Only cash 10. It is a lesson learnt that without seeing the room, we can’t book. Images in photos r cheating

Good Decent hotel very near Srirangam Temple

Except location, there's nothing to say positive, only -- Very Poor response or help from receptionist, toilet was smelling bad, after complaining a person was sent after 10 mins to clean and spray,he just sprayed in the living room in front of our face. A/c remote screen display was not working, i asked to change the batteries,but they said battery is in good condition. Not able to check the temperature set. If you don't have any other option then try this hotel, otherwise check elsewhere

This is primarily for pilgrims. Close to temple. Jain food available next door. Suitable for families. Very hygienic clean rooms, but things like soap towel room service etc to be arranged in advance.

The double occupancy rooms were very small. The price is costly but the only thing is this lodge is located very much near to the vellai gopuram.

Rooms are neat and good. Pros: Location and accessibility for everything. Con: No towel/soap.. provided. No hot water, waited for 30mins after opening tap. (Since mentioned it's solar) Overall: Rooms are good but surely not worth 2k.

Absolutely worst experience we had with this hotel. They provide only single AC for a 6 persons capacity room. They didn’t even clean the room and they didn’t put clean blankets or mattresses. When we requested to change the blankets they refused. And they are not bothered to clean the washrooms before checkin. Washrooms are very dirty🤮Hygiene and cleanliness are lacking here. I suggest everyone take time to look for other rooms which are little far from the temple. This rooms are way far better.

Stayed one night. Very near to temple. Room with 3 bed,a/c and hot water was provided on second floor @1650. No blankets and towels were provided during check in. They are providing upon request. RO water is available. No restaurant attached. No UPA payment. Only cash. Overall experience 3/5

One of the Best hotels to stay. Very near to the temple East gate. Service is good. Rooms are spacious They said there was a hot water facility, but we didn't get any.

Waste of money. Workers are showing attitude if we ask anything. Didn’t expect this from them. Usually I visit Srirangam every fortnight and used to stay in this hotel. After their recent renovation, there is no hot water and other basic things are missing. If we ask anything about this, they won’t respond properly.

The rooms are neat and cleaned. Very decent ambience. Lowest price and affordable one. It's very near by the entrance of Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple. Facilities like A/C, WiFi and Smart TVs are really good. A good choice to stay. If I visit once again, sure I will book rooms here only.

Everything is good expect the reception services. They need to improve a lot, we feel irritated when you speak with them. Another big problem is cash payment only, we are in digital world and no Gpay

Didn't find lower rating than 1 star. Very poor service. They will off the ac from thier side. No hot water. TV is there in the room but it is not working.

Very costly rooms, not a reasonable rate for that service. They had a services in which they were providing extra bed at Rs: 200, but when asked they didn't provide and asked me to take extra room. Hot water was not available and tv was not working. When asked they said it will cost extra.

Not worth the name Royal. 1. Rooms not cleaned even before occupancy 2. In the morning at 4.30, sleeping receptionist says No Room 3. Within 10 mins on repeat visit, says 3 rooms available. 4. During 3 days stay , room not cleaned wash room dirty. 5. Was told will be cleaned on request. 6.corridor dirty, full of ants. 7. No safety. Fire extinguisher has exp. 4 and 1/2 years back. 8. Receptionist to be receptive and not arrogant,rude. The owners to take note and improve. Good luck

Booked rooms for my relatives they enjoyed the stay. The receptionist Murugan is very kind and considerate.

No one to service. From luggage to TV remote we have to take from reception to room. It is under renovation so little dirty., Rooms are ok but not so clean. Can stay for half or 1 day

Good hotel to stay with the family. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staffs. TV was connected with many OTT platforms and wifi was with good speed. Worth staying with the family for those visit with the family.

It's a simple and purposeful hotel. There is no room service facility, even they don't give drinking water. Nearby simple & modest tiffin/ coffee centres are there. Road is free to park your vehicle. The staffs treat you as their fellow citizens, nice gesture. City folks expecting to be treated as the VIPs in City hotels, may not satisfy but experience the real nature of people. Ok to stay.
