have
stayed
in
Barnabas
in
2018.
It
was
short
but
pleasant
stay
back
then.
Based
on
previous
experience,
I
again
booked
from
18th
November
to
19
November
2023.

.
4
Adults.
Booked
from
Expedia
website
I
clearly
mentioned
my
request,
early
morning
checkin
on
19th
and
evening
checkout
on
19th
itself.
I
got
a
confirmation
my
Expedia
also
that
,
ur
request
has
been
noted.
But
no
call
from
Hotel
person.
I
tried
to
reach
them
many
times,
no
response
.some
third
party
confirmed
my
booking
on
SMS.
To
my
surprise
,
when
I
arrived
at
Barnabas
Homestay
on
19th
Morning
6
am,
the
reception
person
(
some
old
age
person)
,
said
I
have
only
1
room
booking
for
19th
and
i
should
come
after
10
am.
I
tried
reaching
the
number
who
confirmed
my
booking
on
SMS,
he
also
told
my
booking
only
for
1
room,
u
have
selected
pay
at
Hotel.
I
immediately
shared
him
proofs
that
,
I
booked
two
rooms
and
I
paid
full
payment
on
website
itself.
After
that
no
response
from
the
Hotel
person.
After
long
arguing,
the
reception
person,
gave
1
room
which
was
very
tiny.
He
said,
other
room
he
will
give
at
10
am
only.
I
called
the
hOtel
person
and
that
third
party
almost
25
times.
No
response
at
all
from
them.
Since
there
was
no
option
we
adjusted
in
that
1
tiny
room,
got
freshned
up
and
went
on
our
work.
We
came
back
at
2
pm.
Still
now
no
call
back
from
Hotel
person.
On
returning
at
2
pm,
reception
person
gave
another
room,
which
was
having
2
bedrooms
with
single
washroom.
We
settled
down.
Took
some
rest
and
checked
out
5
pm.
The
frustration
and
discomfort
my
family
went
through
yesterday
at
Barnabas
is
extreme.
I
hope
no
other
family
suffers
like
that
again.
My
suggestions...Pls
avoid
this
hotel.
