I booked a sedan for two days. Drivers were very polite and have good knowledge about all places. Mr.Shanmugam is a very humble person who made sure that I had a safe hassle free road trip. Cabs are very clean and drivers Mr. Johnson and Mr. Mohan are very professional and very helpful. I will always suggest Venkateshwara Travels for a safe road trip.

Rare to find such a professional service. The ease of booking the trust of a word given & the service delivered was excellent. The driver spoke English Hindi and Tamil. He was polite , responsible, well dressed and extremely well informed. All in all our journey was pleasant because of the taxi service. We used him from Trichy to Thanjavur to Chettinad to Rameshwaram to Madurai and had absolutely no issue whatsoever. I would highly recommend them. I could rely on them to pick up my daughter alone & get her in time to join us mid-way on our tour. I have never given anyone five stars before!!

Excellent customer service, Impeccably maintained vehicles, polite and very helpful and senior citizen friendly drivers are the hallmarks of this firm. I had commissioned their Innova Crysta recently in Tiruchi and my 3 days of sight seeing was without any hitch and marked by drivers (particularly Satish and Bharath) responding immediately to the change of itinerary. Driving was safe and smooth and we really enjoyed the trip.

We got to know the travel agency from our Temple priest whom performed our wedding, he strongly recommended the agency. Our agenda is to visit my side’s Kula Deivam temple, as well as to cover as many as holy temples in South India in 10 days. TVT agency planned our trip in the most safe and perfect manner. The whole trip was awesome, and we did all the prayers we planned to do and visited all the places we wanted to visit. I had booked a Tempo traveler for my parents and relatives (all senior citizens) who had planned a trip of TN and Kerala in September 2019. Contacted Mr.Shanmugam purely based on the Google reviews and confirmed a TT to pick them at Chidambaram and cover south TN and Kerala over 4 days. Mr.Shanmugam was very professional, sent a good vehicle and a driver and was very helpful all through. A hassle free travel for my parents and relatives in an unknown place. Only suggestion is, it would be easier for communication if the drivers can understand and speak little bit of English and other languages as well. Highly recommended if you want to engage a vehicle in Trichy and surroundings.

Since this was my first time in India, I was quite concerned about the preparations and budget, but Shan did a great job organizing our agenda, and he also managed to find good hotels according to our budget and requirements.
