FRAUDS! FRAUDS! FRAUDS! THEY WILL MAKE MORE ILL TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU FOR DIFFERENT ILLNESSES. ITS TOTALLY INHUMANE This hospital has worst service, worst then a government hospital and the doctors are incapable to treat patients. I want to give zero rating for hospital's overall performance. This is honest review I have visited hospital 3 times all the time service was pathetic. Whatever other good reviews are it a tools to fool people by big hospitals to become popular I have put pictures of my details all can see . Every time I book an appointment and get confirmation but then I reach hospital in bad condition because I was the patient the doctor come after 2 - 3 hr. Such a unprofessional hospital when you ask about the problem staff will make zillion excuses.EVEN IF PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA GIVES APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE HE WILL MEET ON TIME BUT NOT THESE FRAUD PEOPLE. Dr Ramyaprasad and Dr yogalakshmi are two doctors for whom I had appointment they did not come till 2 hr and after I reach home without taking treatment in FRUSTRATIONS. after that hospital staff called me to meet a doctor as if patient health risk is some joke. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY FEEDBACK OPTIONS WERE PEOPLE CAN WRITE PROBLEMS. THEY JUST WANT TO FOOL PEOPLE AND LOOT THIER MONEY.

The hospital is quite expensive but the treatment is well versed. Highly preferable for pediatrician Dr.Senguttuvan. As well they do have very clean rooms and housekeeping services were good here and do have intercom facilities to enquire all kind of info..

Worthless management, I got appointment today for Dr. Ramyaprasad, after 1pm, they said Dr Ramyaprasad left at 1pm, so next appointment I got from 5pm to 6pm, When I reach Kauvery Hospital at 5:20pm, receptionist said Dr Ramyaprasad just left 4:30pm only. So she will not come back. At phone giving different schedule and at hospital giving different schedule. What this? Am coming from 100km away from trichy. This is really un standard or unethical management as their staff are working for duty hours but responsible hours. Our post will get reply asking our numbers, to keep torturing us. We are customers not your partners to ask our numbers. Let the world knows about your worthless management.

The services of the hospital is far from Govt. Hospital. Basic amenities are very much lacking. Radiologists & Senior Dr's are incompetent to read the report & the film. There was a large variation in the CT Scan report & US report. The reason appended by Dr's are far from medical terminology. God is great. We are saved from their eyes. Please have second consultation. Agonised for 10 days. Even a e-mail does not yield any response. Public should resort to forward reviews to Medical Council of India for review of their performance.

Do go to this hospital if you have insurance policy. Waited a whole day to claim. So many hidden charges. No detail bill provided. Stayed in general ward but charged for semi private. For culture report waited for 3 days. Canteen food drinks are average. Bedbugs on the bed not allow us to sleep.

Never go for check up with Dr Ramya Prasad. I admitted my father for fever, she just made me to take blood test, x ray, echo , ECG. Total bill I paid nearly 34k for one day. Moreover, she is only cautious to make her documents right. Worst doctor I have ever seen. I never suggest her for general check up to anyone.

It's very nice hospital. They were very polite and humble. Op staffs especially Laxmi akka is very sweet. She working in Dr.subbaiah's cabin. And the same time reception staffs aarthi and Priyanka also very humble and polite. They treat everyone in good manners. The hospital is too lucky to get and staff's like them. I'm wishing all the best to the hospital and those staffs. But Laxmi akka is daily eating lunch in un time like 4:00 or 3:30. So I kindly request to the management. Very good hospital.... Excellent Doctors, nurses, security and pro all are doing great job. But only black mark is canteen. The worst ever I have seen in my life time. I personally advice all attenders to take food out side hotels near by. Then only you can care your family members. I request the hospital management to look over this canteen issue...

Had very bad experience during discharge. It's taking more than 4 hours without any answers from supporting team. We almost felt like why we came here... this is not first time for me so I am suggesting to focus more on this team.. Nobody wants to spend time once he declared discharge.. it's kind of feeling more than to understand practical issues you may have..

Excellent doctors and medical services. House keeping is good. But seperate rooms are not provided and stayed on sharing basis even after surgery, hence no privacy and seems to be disturbance due to visitors of nearby bed.

I have taken comprehensive health checkup today i must appreciate the billing and coordinating sisters they clarified all my doubts everything is in order if i miss anything sisters will help. Doctors spent good amount of time with me. The chargers where affordable, 3k is responsible for full body checkup. Now coming to the cons I consulted 4 doctors none used stethoscope on me. Chest x ray film is given no interpretation or report.

It is been projected as big hospital but in actual there is no system for patience. We booked the appointment at 11.30am we were there at 11.15. Even though we were available well in advance till 1.30pm we could not meet the doctor. I can understand half hr delay if we need to wait for 2 hrs what is the use of making appointment etc... My mother was senior citizen we were waiting to meet the doctor without even food because the attending nurse been keep saying plz wait and they have been allowing known people. Horrible experience, I never visit again and I don't recommend this unprofessional hospital to anybody. Also There is no car parking available we need to walk atleast half a km to park my car outside in the road.

Very worst services rendered. Treating patients and attenders like a street dog. Visitors and attenders are not treated respectfully by the security guards. If you are availing insurance claim for treatment, kindly refrain from this hospital, as they will kill your time for processing the bills and will take min 2 days for discharge. For insurance also, we are paying premium, which they are not aware, thinking that we are getting it as free. Only intention of money making with our diseases and health. Dont ever come this side.

Pros.. Best in treatment and excellent care to patients. Best doctors available to name a few Dr. Subbaiah, Haemeto Oncologist, messenger of god, Hats of to him for his dedication to the medical field. We need more like him. Many cons to say.. few are below.... Patients waiting area..horrible, No Airconditioner, when asked they say sit under fan and you will not find place. Are they trying to save money? Patients have to wait for hours and without proper facilties and they should not talk...shhhh. silence please No parking space.. they do have.. but securities are not allowing.. saying some contruction work is going on.. hearing this for years.. also they say for Drs themselves there is no parking.. and can be parked on roadside.. it is all no parking but can be parked at risk... I am viisiting here for my dad's treatment, but had to park somewhere on the road waiting in patients waiting area for hours thinking back of the mind about the car parked on roadside... Will the management look into the patients hospitality and comfort and provide car parking place? Patients are deserved to get all facilities in such a great well renowned hospital, correct?

Pros : 1. Good doctors. You can believe them. Cons : 1. Not maintaining time. 2.Doctor appointment will be 2pm, but you have to wait for 4pm. 3.Nurses won't tell what time doctor will be available. They don't inform if any delays. Just wait for your turn until. 4. Some times you have to wait standing 5. People are roaming like local market area. 6. Favourite people will go even if your token is first.

1.Appreciating the Doctors, Sisters and coordinating sisters they clarified all doubts everything is in order if miss anything sisters will help. Doctors & Sisters spent good amount of time with patient. 2.Need more attention for patient attender accommodation in 5 TH FLOOR(ICU) . Management should arrange waiting hall within hospital for patient attender and if anything security should call to waiting hall and should intimate to attender. 3.There should be a individual Lift service for Patient and attender or out patient. Out patient and attender waiting for long time for lift service. 4.If possible kindly provide two attender pass this will be helpfull for old people's. 5.Food quality and taste should be improve.

The hospital services including accomodation,nursing, doctors were good. However the security personnel simply do not allow anyone to visit the patients. I can understand that more visitors means more possibility of infection to the sick but they could be more nice towards the people. And parking is a big let down. Hope you can improve on the things above.

My dad has been admitted in Neuro ICU two months ago due to brain injury. He was treated by Dr.Mathusuthan (Neuro Surgeon). I couldn't thank him enough for saving my dad's life. He explained the conditions really well and gave the correct treatment. Also special mention to the Head Nurse Mrs.Nirmala and Nurse Prabhavathy, Uthra, Bhakiya for their timely response when in ward. They gave the utmost attention at the times needed.

We went to complete health checkup for my wife they have completed SCAN ,ECG.ECO test all together in just 5 minute . So think about the result what will be? particularly the scan doctor completely using mobile when his doing scan!

Best thing here is doctors and their treatments. They're the best for new born babies and preterm babies around this area. The worst thing about this hospital is, lack of basic manners. the security guard/ and 'safari suit' guard persons in the hospital entrance checking securities No words to describe their atrocities. One advice to People coming to this hospital is, 'first mentally prepare yourself that you are gonna be ill-treated and humiliated' then come to this hospital..! First educate your staff about what is basic manners then give 'Safari suit' to those impertinent nincompoops. Just imagine after spending lakhs of money also you've to get humiliated by the securities and staffs. Very Pathetic. You can't give a King's power to his soldier, you can't give CM'S power to his table cleaner, then why we need chief minister for a state and prime minister for a Country. ENT doctor at kauvery cantonment hospital is not good. I have to tell him or ask him multiple times for the answer. He said there is no issue at all with me. But my nearby home doctor able to predict my issue was with heartburn and acid reflux but ent doctor was not able to, though I visited multiple times.

Got an admission for treating Neonatal Jaundice & given below is my experience. Pros: 1. 24/7 availability of supporting staffs across all the departments 2. Courteous staffs were able to clear all the medical and process clarifications. 3. NICU Doctors & Staffs were excellent in treating and supporting patients. 4. Dr. Vignesh, paediatrician and his staff nurses are treating the patients good. The real problem is the management.. emergency ward is overcrowded..no separate emergency paediatric ward.. young babies are sharing the same wards where accidents cases are treated. I went with 10m baby and doctor didn't even get one bed/chair to treat baby.. Almost after 1 hour I got one bed to feed baby. Worst hospital management... Emergency ward is more like fish market today.kindly add more beds in emergency ward and don't allow not more than one attender.

Service appears to be good as the service is focusing on your money. For any Surgery, they say it as a Package and an amount. But it is not really a package. You are asked to pay at least 50% more than the package amount. They know how to grab money from us. They don't know what a package means... The hospital is in the practice billing unnecessary items on your head. They know how to grab money from us. They are taking advantage as Trichy doesn't have other equal competitor.

As per my friend's advice, I went to Kaveri Hospital and consulted Dr. Ramyaprasad, MD, and the Dr thoroughly checked my medical history and after a few weeks of treatment, asked me to take another test. To my surprise, the level has come down to <7.. The Timely medication given by Dr.R.Ravichandhran Neuorologist saved my mother's lives. Thousands of thanks for his kind words and moral support and the tireless medical service of KMC tendered to the society.

Communication between the doctor and the patient attender was not sufficient. My mom was admitted in IMCU and was undergoing treatment and each and everything I had to ask and get myself clarified. Importantly senior doctor who was incharge never visited for 2 days but he got paid for that. Coordination was very bad to shift my mom from IMCU to general ward when she got better. Now after discharging went for follow up check up and then was expecting to receive the test report by email after agreeing, but it was not received till now. While tried to connect to the lab for enquiry no one picked the call for nearly 1 hr tried several times. Past experience before 5 yrs it was good, but currently the service is heading towards worst.

Dear parents, Please avoid Trichy Kauvery Hospital (Child Care) if your newborn is ill or has any other issues. You will lose money and time trying to solve the issue, and after 15 days they will tell you that the situation cannot be checked here and that you must go to another hospital right away. The doctors there don't care about the needs of the parents or the value of a child's life. Their main concern was money, Please be aware 🙏 i had a good experience with them. Kauvery hospital is just a Brand not a quality.

Inside hotel serves a good food for attenders. Neat and clean flooring well maintained rooms. Advanced technology ICU and emergency wards. Staffs and nurses are well educated and trained. All insurance companies tied up with this hospital. But not suitable for medium budget family.

Hospital services, treatment, especially nursing and staff services are superb. Special mentions to our doctor Muthulakshmi, who was exceptional. But insurance staff and support is awful and rude, putting blame on patients and created a big headache for us and we had to cut short our treatment and discharge sooner. Communication across teams could have been better.

If your patient is critical to be admitted in Icu... Don't ever prefer this hospital.. They follow common protocols for any patient admitted and start diagnosis only after two days of admission before which your daily charges of bill and medicines will be at its highest.. Any critical patient will be admitted at least two days at icu with a minimum bill of 1L..also icu attender has no room to rest and sit.. All attendees lay down on icu entrance in night time and keep waiting on chairs for hearing doctor feedback which is again once a day... Ppl going for 9 to 5 job shd actually forget the job before admission as minimum of 1 month admission is done in icu for majority of patients... Worst ever hospital ever been

The level of care was excellent, there is certainly more scope for improvement listed below. - Waiting area for attenders (for ICU patients ) is awful. While the patients are well taken care of, the friends and family who are waiting for their loved ones don't have to be treated like they don't exist. No comfortable chairs, mosquitoes in the night, open on both ends exposing the waiting people to heat , dust , cold ( in the nights) 2. Room and washroom cleanliness. Rooms and washrooms are cleaned daily but could see mould all over the ceiling and the tiles and everywhere. In an environment which is expected to be sterile this is unacceptable. If they are able to address these issues, I wouldn't mind giving them a 5 star.

The hospital staffs are very friendly and helpful and the Doctors are very efficient. My Dad was treated by Dr. Joseph T and he is very good and clearly explained the problem and procedure done and how it's done. The nurses are also very good and helpful in providing utmost care for the patients. The overall experience has been really good. They maintain the hospital very clean and ensure all safety precautions are taken care completely.

Drs and nurses in the ER attended on time and did the needful timely. Consultant explained all further plans and precautions in detail. Food quality is really good. Overall happy with the Care my child recived.

an expensive, unnecessary extra treatment especially for newborns. the doctor didn't come to the spot during the emergency. instead through the phone, he suggested iv treatment without knowing the exact situation. I was in a very pathetic situation. not an apt hospital for babies.

But that day itself my dad is no more...if they take immediate precaution during that day he will be in the earth , he will be the backbone for ur entire family. They will know the value only if something happens during that person itself, Allah will take care of us and know the person value once same situation happens anyone person inside the hospital. Will you able to return my father back , he is the only one taking care of all us. I will be sure that if your hospital staff take immediate action during the time he is in the earth right now , Allah will know everything he will saw the situation and he will take care of us. My dad is not even properly sit and sleep during that day, The main reason behind he is no more now because of kauvery hospital, if they respond quickly the chances of my father is definitely there, Definitely same situation will happens anyone of you inside the hospital staff they will know the value during that time what mistake You guys did with my father. Its not mistake kauvery hospital doesn't take care of patients, Simply acting with dead body even person is no more. I will see the situation infront of us. Allah will be there it to see everything. Even they didn't know how to treat the patient in a proper way , dad is getting too much saliva on his mouth death befor 8 hrs , even they didn't provide proper instrumental thing too and even Dad is too much trouble while breath, They didnt provide oxygen also , too much neglegancy , they didn't know the value of person life .Hope the same situation arises , they will know the value . Further , what happiness we have we lost the person who will take care of ur entire family and fully supportive to us. Have you return my father back again, I never forgot it until my last breath in my life , regarding the worse situation and careless done by kauvery hospital with my loved one. Hope you guys have family and ur support system will be in same situation will face and you will know how much we are facing by the loss of loved ones.
