Very worst services rendered. Treating patients and attenders like a street dog. Visitors and attenders are not treated respectfully by the security guards. If you are availing insurance claim for treatment, kindly refrain from this hospital, as they will kill your time for processing the bills and will take min 2 days for discharge. For insurance also, we are paying premium, which they are not aware, thinking that we are getting it as free. Only intention of money making with our diseases and health. Dont ever come this side.

In kauvery heart city Security was very unsatisfactory and uncomfortable .they are harsh to the attenders.They may avoid such type of cruel behaviour.They are not speaking politely. No visitors room,The person staying there are lying in the floor ,no such facilities Security,may have certain rules and regulations it's ok but the rules must be commen to all..they are misusing their power whom they are favour o This is my personal experience which I have faced

From admission to discharge, from senior surgeons to lift attendants, treated us with utmost care and respect. Politely answered all our queries and provided a continuous support throughout the treatment. And we are overwhelmed by the nurses care and attention. Really happy with their service. And most importantly, there is no indifferent behaviour towards a patient with respect to his economic and social status.

you can provide tea,kanji and any other diet dor the patient in the ICU and you can charge it along with the bill so that the attendee's will find it easy .And most importantly you can provide rooms for the attender instead of asking them to sit on the roadside or verandah

The hospital is well know for treating people with heart related disorders ... The canteen foods are healthy and quality wise great . Nurses and doctors are very kind towards patients . Cleanliness is well maintained .

1) Booked the appointment for Dr .S.Aravindakumar and Nurses are sending to trainee doctor for consulting .Nurses are threatening and pushing to trainee doctors. We booked the apppointment for his experience only.it is cheating . we travelled 150 km to consult with him.if this is the case the we would have checked in my place itself. 2) worst response after discharged from hospital.There was an emergency after reaching to home after discharge from hospital. OP doctors are talking rubbish ,there is no responsibility .Trainee doctors are not having much exposure and simply cutting the call. For rare emergency also they are not connecting with doctor who was done the operation . 3)Hospital is operated by Security and trainee doctor.Keeping the few good doctor name the are making money. No value for the human life. 4)After spending 5 lac we learned that this is one of the worst hospital in Trichy. It is not worth and it is like government hospital. Mostly trainee doctors are more. Advertisement is more. 5) please review twice before coming to this hospital. No proper system to handle the patient and patient relative . 6) Money making business , no value for human .

2 years back it was the best hospital. But today it is the worst hospital in Trichy treating the patient as money giving tree, and treating the attender as slaves. My total bill at the time of discharge was Rs 65,000/- for angio whereas they asked me to pay on daily basis of which we paid in total Rs 70,000/- so the balance amount is not refunded. since 1 week I am going and asking they are telling tomorrow tomorrow and ask me to wait for hours together. The billing desk is the worst team to spoil the entire name of the hospital. They are too rude and behaving like a 3rd rated fellow ( he as ordered me, not to discuss the refund matter to any other attenders or to outsiders) I don't know who has given such power to him.

The hospital staffs are very friendly and helpful and the Doctors are very efficient. My Dad was treated by Dr. Joseph T and he is very good and clearly explained the problem and procedure done and how it's done. The nurses are also very good and helpful in providing utmost care for the patients. The overall experience has been really good. They maintain the hospital very clean and ensure all safety precautions are taken care completely.

1. Infrastructure and facilities are good.. 2. As far as my concern, should be improved in parking facility and visitor's sitting place. 3. Medicine center and billing sections should be in common place or in single floor, so that every one can easily access. 4.Patient's food should be improved a lot more 5. Attenders should be allowed atleast two bcoz lady attenders can't go anywhere in the middle of the Night anything require for the patients.

Providing a well Nurse caring & Providing food is Good But The attender resting areas are not maintainted properly, and attenders restrooms are not cleaning properly, and the canteen foods ratings is 2 star because cost of food Little bit high but quality is zero.

Dr's are just money making sleeping partners in the business here. They work for their share of charges. The more they charge you, the more share they get. The doctors here are more like a labours. Typical examples why the Doctors community losing their respect.

We waited there for 4 hours, and the doctor spent 2 minutes and said nothing, this doctor has no concern and very rude, no bed side manner. I think they over book the appointment and everyone there working become very stressed and rude. Waste of time and money.

The best place for cardio related treatments in Tiruchirapalli and the South part of Tamil Nadu. I recently admitted my father for Angioplasty treatment and it was successfully treated by Doctor Mr. Suraj Narasimman the expert in cardiac treatments. The care and treatment were outstanding. Doctors treatment,nurses care , cleanliness housekeeping etc are very excellent. However the food to patients and canteen quality of food is very very poor. It has to be taken care. For example we are vegetarian but we were provided with egg. Equivalent to egg may be provided for vegetarians. Also every individual is unique with unique decease. Accordingly the diet food should be served. Not as done now. Common mass preparation and serve. Definitely the food dept should be given attention. Thank you for the treatment and safeguard. Had very bad experience with discharging process. They don't value your time. 1-2 hour delay is fine. But 4 hours delay just to prepare discharge summary is pathetic.

Amazing Dr. Senthil Kumar and the team at Kauvery Heart City ( Trichy ). They made the dreaded open heart surgery I went through an energizing, revitalizing experience. In EP study ,hospital facility(instrument and doctors) is capable of doing only simple procedure.in theater only doctor can able to find its simple or complex procedure.if it complex ,the patient come out with pain and money waste. Doctor prescribe 25 mg and in pharmacy they give 50mg and tablet size is very small.its difficult to take equally everyday. Tablet cost about 800 rupees for month.its creating headache They are having best marketing team.can't understand the pain of patients.

Starting with parking space, could be made better, concerning the ramps. The general ward could be made more ventilated and breezy. General wards toilets could be maintained better. Waiting system and icu attending system could be made less tedious.
