Hi I went for this hospital for my mom treatment, my token number is 25 I got the appointment at 11AM but I met the doctor at 2.15 pm, doctor refer to take MRI scan and I wait to take MRI till 5 pm and I received the report at 6.30 pm. Again I wait for meet doctor till 8.30 pm After I got the medicin from pharmacy at 9.30pm. doctor and employs worst time management. doctor Aruna ramani😡 is the worst doctor i have ever seen in my life she didn't reply properly. My suggestion is don't go this hospital in emergency condition. This hospital ok for casual checkup, cost of the treatment is ok. Very deficult to park your car and bike there is no parking area. waithin area only 10 to 20 chairs are available. Worst experience.

Worst hospital. Very bad treatment. My dad can be able to eat. By without our knowledge, nurse was trying to put tube in nose. They are not asking what the patient condition is. Just deciding on their own and giving the food. My father can able to eat solid foods. But they gave us liquid food. Dietitian came and a told a list of food to eat. He never asked what all complaints are he is having. The food he recommended; my dad should not eat. After we told the issues we have and said doctor told us not to eat this, later he said yes u should not eat. How careless he is! Doctors are irresponsible. Gave high doses. When we are in hospital, gave tables 2 time per day. While discharging, she gives 4 times per day. Also, the dose is different. All are money minded, irresponsible also torturing the patient. Better NOT to go this hospital. Don’t waste your money and make yourself stress.

Disease will get worsen if u admit in this hospital. Not Sharing exact patient condition to patient attenders. If attenders are uneducated they trying to extract money from them. Duty doctor service are very worst. Seems duty doctors are getting training from the admitted patients. Why should we pay money and give ourself for their learning? They activities are not like doctors. We are paying a lot and you should care us. Government hospital caring is better than this hospital.

Very worst behaviour with appointments staffs. Appointments Booked patients are waiting so long but OP patients are given first preference. *There is no use of booking appointments* Staff's friends and relatives are consulting with doctor without any appointment.

Our body is like a game to them before admitting to the hospital they said possibility of cure is 98% but after operation when we asked his worst condition,he is getting angry for our questions no proper answer and asking back to see the patient's age.dr Vijayakumar if you really considered about his age why you suggested 3 brain operation to him????? And 3 months of ICU treatment and lakhs of money.... And also we saw many icu patients with operation failure as well I am not getting....you PPL are money minded. Do you know to cure or you are just learning by our money and body? Just trail and error business...

Overall, treatment at this hospital was good, particularly because it is one of the best hospitals for neurosurgery. The doctors, nurses, and all the other staff working here were so friendly.

Really caring and experienced people. Dr. Vijaykumar keep the professionalism high during the treatment period and was open to all clarifications during my brother operation and post operative care.

Worst hospital and treatment. We lost our grandfather who has undergone a brain surgery last month. Dr Vijayakumar is not responsible on his works. Totally the hospital charges lakhs of money but at the end we faced only his death. so plz don't take any treatment from this hospital

My first physiotherapy intership hospital.We gained a lot of knowledge about neuro conditions, we also learned intricate conditions.

I practiced there as a physiotherapy intern for a month, I gained knowledge and experience about neuro conditions. We learned to communicate and handle unstable patients. It was a nice experience.

WORST OUT PATIENT SYSTEM. The receptionists do not respond to the queries. The token number display is OFF and the patients waiting for their turn do not have any idea when their turn is. The receptionists are not polite and are unprofessional. Worst management of OUT PATIENTS. The floor manager is not available for any complaints and they always say you are next. NOT EVEN ONE STAR ⭐ I GIVE MINUS 2 ⭐

Treatment is so good and Hospital expensive is ok but more better if CM comprehensive medical Insurance available in the hospital. attender facilities is insufficient like bath and sitting. Arrange the Car parking facility and renovate bathrooms and toilets. Thanks to Doctors and all staffs.

Very worst handling of Staffs, There is no use of booking appointments.Only OP patient and the Staffs relatives are giving preferable.. Appointment provided patient wait for 5 days and the whole day has been spent. Doctors are too good and excellent.but the admin should be change and maintenance needed

My mother was admitted for COVID pneumonia at Neuro One Hospital Trichy “under chief minister’s comprehensive health insurance scheme”. While the admission Receptionist forced us to pay ₹10000 to secure admission even we had explained we’re going through chief minister’s comprehensive health insurance scheme . And day after we have approached Neuro one hospital Insurance department regarding the chief minister’s comprehensive health insurance scheme and they assured we will claim your total medical expenses and we will refund your Advance payment once your claim is approved. After one month our claim is approved. Now I called and spoke to Hospital insurance department regarding refund of my Advance payment ₹10000 they said we got less amount from Government and we will not refund your Advance payment. This is totally frustrated and disappointing us with Neuro one Hospital. We’re not expecting this from Neuro one hospital. They’re cheating government and people who were been admitted Under CMCHS.

Dear Management front office manager who is sound person very rude with aged patient and he pulled my father in a crowded area for not providing space for walking and treating us like a free patients. Please notice him he's touching the female staff with wrong mind.his way of approaching female staff in the front office is not good. Please make sure that he's a curse to the hospital. I'm coming there only for doctors not for the cheap person like him need your response

The Hospital is one of the best options for neurology in the city This review is only about the Physiotherapy Department There are about 10 staffs in the physio therapy hall . But out of that , there's only one female therapist . She too can just monitor and cannot assist the female patients as she's the only female staff there . Female patients would be comfortable with female therapist. Some young ladies feel uncomfortable when the male staff stands close at the back of the female patients for safety while using the treadmill . I understand that all male staffs are professionals and they do their duty without any wrong intentions. Still the female patients would be more comfortable if they are treated with female therapists. I hope the administration would definitely consider the valid suggestions. Also the staffs needs a little bit of behavioral training. Once a patient steps in, literally 4 to 5 staffs surrounds the patient and fires the question from all sides. . Little more politeness in the tone would be help the patient stay relaxed. The staff who assists the wheel chair for bringing patients to the physio hall is very polite and well mannered In general it's a good hospital. Overall staff behaviour: 8/10 Cleanliness : 8/10

Not a proper response from the staffs. They didn't properly assist the patients and bookings also no use, they didn't follow the token system for consulting the doctor. For me it tooks almost 1 day for a consultation. Not satisfied.....

Very caring nurses and experience doctors. Their treatment really amazing. Dr. RKE did cervical operation for me very critical one but he had done it just like that. He is very nice and open. He clearly explained about his treatment to the patients. Cost of operation and treatment maybe little bit costly but they had that much of facilities.

Poor treatment Dr. Aruna ramani She is not following stroke protocol and guidelines duty doctors are very poor Knowledge for giving treatment for emergency. Dr. Aruna Ramani she will not follow the time entirely poor time management. She not following any NIMHANS Guidelines for the patients.She is poor Alumni from NIMHANS, she making NIMHANS name for money making and not proper treatment purpose. Any emergency you can go for Trichy GH that is the better options for emergency don't waste your money in Neuro one and your patient life.

Pls avoid this hospital at all cost. No proper in-patient mgmt system. Social distancing norms are not followed here. I've seen nurses w/o mask. During my visit one of the patients (unconscious) has been waiting in the stretcher for an appointment. Even vitals were not checked for her - Absolutely disappointing. No token system. Dr.RKE was very arrogant with his tone & he spoke in a very demotivating way. He literally scolded me for asking questions to him. I've never seen such an arrogant doctor in my lifetime. Poorest service. Pls stay away from this hospital.

My Father In Law had Spinal cord surgery few days back by Dr. Vijayakumar. The Doctors and Sisters are very good, experienced and taking care of him. But the staffs in reception and pharmacy in the ground floor did not respond properly and needs to be trained well.

The success behind the hospital is its Dr's. Nursing is excellent above par.A patient needs good food,which is very good & apt to the patients. Insurance staff are very courteous & assistive. Detention of patients on arrival for admission may be avoided. Wishing success. .

Dr. Ramakrishna Easwaran removed a brain tumor from my brother's. He is an excellent person and a very kind and confident surgeon. We were in good hands. The hospital services are excellent.

first of all there is no proper billing system.Nurse asked to pay fee without giving bill and after payment only they gave receipt and in that receipt there is only the amount without the reason of paying amount even they dont know about what is bill, receipt and discharge summary. Once I asked bill to pay they said we will give only receipt after discharge only we will give a proper summary. And next thing is it costly too,they asking pay money for this for that...And those working staffs are not polite not all but mostly . They are not giving clear information to the patient side .By Doctors side there is no complaint they are good and well treated .I was disappointed by management and handling but some how floor manager is good by his side when I complained him about the issue and he took immediate action.
