All staffs, including Dr.Sundararajan are arrogant. They do not treat patients in good manner. One horrible experience with this hospital.Better do not visit this hospital, even if some other doctod refers.

Had high expectations before the first visit. After the first visit, my opinion has completely changed. Medicines are very expensive. It's costing almost double of what we had paid to previous doctor. Citing COVID reasons, doctor is not examining the patients properly. Only verbal examination. Every patient expects sufficient time with doctor for consultation. That's for what the consultation fee is paid for. The ambience and attitude was like even a ticket booking counter would have given adequate time to speak. Another point is, she visits hospitals of other cities for consultation. But she will insist patients to come trichy hospital all the way from other places even there is no additional tests are required. Too bad. Disappointed.

Recommend Dr.Veni based on the raving google reviews to my father who has a neuro condition. He had a worst consultation with Dr.Veni. Her hospital was filled with inexperienced nurses with inadequate facilities. As per my dad she was very impatient, didn’t answer any of his questions. She just prescribed him more tablets over whatever he was taking already and charged around Rs. 5000. She was nothing like these reviews claims her to be. This is just a business to her and seems like she is building a new hospital and she is now in the midst of collecting funds from her patients. Lesson learned on not to trust google reviews atleast for Doctors. Maybe she is using paidbots to get these reviews.

After seeing good Google reviews I chooses this hospital for my mom . One of the worst experience ever faced. Congested space for patients even though there is covid prblm there is no space to follow social distancing . We already asked for appointment but they said there is no appointment procedure and all . It takes minimum 4hrs to finish our visit . My mom has a prblm in thighs she is not comfortable with male doctors so we choosed this hospital . But while showing to doctor no one closing the door of the room . It is very inconvenient to all of the patients. By keeping the door open Doctor is looking for patients . And also literally there is no place for separate things like blood testing lab pharmacy such kind things . In a small room two patients getting their trips on that room itself they are taking blood test for other patients also there are full of medicines storage it's so disappointing . But the cost of treatment is too high for a single visit itself there is no basic facilities also . All the staffs are very slow from the point of entering to the pharmacy . Really I don't know how all are given such a good review . Please think twice before going there . No one following social distancing and there is no such place to follow also . Hospital authority should definitely change their mistakes

One of the best hospital and best doctor to identify the problem and diagnose it. My wife affected with GBS problem and Dr.Veni identified the problem in very first visit and explained the seriousness and the treatment and diagnose it correctly. She got a great improvement in few days itself. Doctor is so friendly and spending time to listen our problems. Also all the other nursing faculty are so kind and friendly. My aunt suffered a brain stroke and had a very slurred speech . She developed loss of memory suddenly and was initially treated by some doc.
