This
is
a
long
post
It
appears
that
schools
are
just
like
any
other
business.
They
evolve
to
satisfy
the
needs
of
the
majority
of
customers/parents.
I'll
elaborate
as
to
why
this
school
is
not
fit
to
be
a
school
of
any
order.
1
-
When
I
was
a
school
kid,
capital
punishment
was
not
a
big
issue.
But
over
the
years
it
has
been
looked
down
upon
and
in
fact
it's
a
banned
practice
as
per
law.
However
this
school
practices
it
at
will.
Twisting
kids
ears,
as
old
as
12
years,
hitting
kids
as
young
as
6
years
on
head
etc.
Highly
unacceptable
and
condemnable.

-
I
enrolled
my
kids
in
this
school,
hoping
that
teachers
being
paid
as
per
government
pay
scale
(this
is
a
govt
aided
school)
would
enable
the
teachers
to
enjoy
job
security
which
inturn
helps
them
teach
at
potential.
However
most
teachers
are
frustrated
and
vent
out
their
displeasure
at
kids.
While
teaching
online
during
this
pandemic
is
challenging,
I
have
seen
teachers
behave
this
way
in
person
as
well.

-
I
don't
know
in
which
part
of
the
world,
shaming
kids
had
spurred
them
to
achieve
more.
In
fact
to
the
contrary,
shaming
and
belittling
kids
demotivates
them
to
the
core.
You
would
expect
15
year
experienced
teachers
to
realize
this
and
motivate
kids.
However
this
school
demotivates
kids
by
a)
-
Shaming
underperformers
by
calling
them
infront
of
the
class,
parading
their
marks.
b)
-
If
a
kid
is
5
minutes
late
to
a
online
class,
berating
them
for
10
mins
on
why
they
are
late
to
a
class.
c)
-
Young
kids
can't
sit
for
2
hours
before
their
tiny
screens
and
sorting
at
them
for
shuffling
during
online
classes
And
the
list
goes
on
an
on.
While
some
teachers
are
considerate,
display
empathy,
most
teachers
are
down
right
rude
and
condescending.
I
don't
know
how
we
would
be
a
better
society,
if
we
put
our
kids
through
this
schooling
system.
When
I
spoke
to
a
few
parents
about
these
issues,
they
seemed
indifferent
to
these
barbaric
practices
and
some
in
fact
justified
such
treatment
meted
out
to
kids.
I
hope
I'm
not
wrong
in
saying
that
schools
have
evolved
to
satisfy
the
needs
of
the
majority
of
parents.
I'm
pulling
out
my
kids
at
the
end
of
the
2021-2022
academic
year.
Good
Bye
Campion.
