GRT provide an excellent customer service at all the time. 11month saving scheme on gold and varieties of jewellers are the excellent one. The price is at par with the markets. Taking much care on customers needs. The sales executives are having much patience to listen and provide the exact requirements as customers desires.

Gold wastage is too high. Normal earing 21.7% wastage they are putting. This is very bad. Ring also too much wastage for simple design. Gold chain 7-8! Wastage mostly they will put. Because of the design and collection we are visiting here. There is no car near to the shop. Either park vehicle in road side or you have to go long for park your vehicle. The shop they are earning more profit. That's it

Hi !! Two weeks before i went to GRT Jewelry shop for the first time. I'd never before purchased in GRT. Me & my hubby went to purchase a bracelet for both of us. What a variety of collections that have !! The employee involved in the purchase section of us, shown many varieties. Really it was wonderful to see !!.. So many Designer jewels are there !!! Great Experience that I'd with GRT !!.

I love this place. I got what I needed immediately. In the end a guy will come to negotiate price with u . He will have a pen and notepad. He will speak nonstop and do more calculations which even he don't understand. Finally after all stunts he will tell for you this much discount I have given. It's the same for all but it's entertaining to watch him do these gimmicks.

Today we came to GRT Trichy showroom . We entered the shop by about 11.30am and met Miss Shanmugapriya employee no17154 who had spent her time with us up to 4.40pm and she explained all neatly , politely and beautifully . Today date is 3 August 2023... Worst talk with seller ... I made a rough calculation with their notepad but the seller crushed it and put it in back side self... That person at the photo ... If we ask the sheet he doesn't give to us ... After that we call higher staff to get the sheet, then he gave ... After that we call the manager and explain the thing that happened to get the staff ... Then the manager said sorry and (the staff said sorry in addition to that" it's not a big thing ")...

Their product is 100% genuine.The chain which I purchased, I got it tested at Chandigarh Lab. It was perfect. They gave 100% discount on making charges. Making losses were 4.5% which was lowest among other famous shops.

We purchased platinum with diamond ring and regularly buy items many times. Mr Manikandan has been very kind and attendive. He also showed us with patience. Ms. Menaka also supported in great way in showing the items.

Hello GRT Team, Greetings Recently, (on 8th December) i visited GRT along with my family and bought a diamond ring. Designs were fine but at the same time i was wondering that one sales woman Name Bh** was particularly selling only one ring to us. Since we also liked the design we took and now in last one or two days we are observing a lot of scratches or some Marks in that ( Platinum cum Gold) ring studded with Diamond. I too have a long good history with both GRT in TNagar and GRT in Bangalore but this time from trichy, it was not a good story to tell. Im not sure whether i have been sold a second piece or it is naturally made like in this Quality but wanted to give feedback so that it will reach the right persons. Thank you

Located in a busy street. Less parking, but they manage. They do valet parking and that helps. They charged 2% making charge for gold coins in addition to 3% GST. This was disappointing; earlier it was 1% and some shops even charge less. Got a silver gift article also and they didn't have much collection, but okay.

One shall get very professional experience of buying Jewellery items. Best things to highlight: 1. I haven't seen any cheap kinda marketing or canvassing done by executives. 2. Transparency maintained a lot right from the selection till delivery. Visited here to shop a gold coin for my friend's marriage. Within 13 minutes, purchase done and came out.

Great Collections. Waste charges is bit high compared to other competitors. For 11 month flexi plan they have given discount of 22% Waste charges for gold. Now it was reduced to 18%. Better revert back to old. Competitors are ready to leverage gst charges for the gold purchased(via flexi plan)

They will do ear piercing & nose piercing with separate aachari 8. They will take our old gold for same day rate instant of new gold but they calculate gold weight only. Once you done for old gold rate you need to melt the gold in melting section and return the gold to corresponding person. 9. Generally they put manufacturing & wastage cost but the cost varing by gold design 10. But we have option to buy gold without manufacturing & wastage cost by joining 11 month gold saving plan. Once we paid up-to 11 month we can by a gold with out extra money but gst there. If we can't pay regularly they will wait for up-to 11 month after only you will get the money. 11. if we join the gold saving plan they will give some gift belong to how much money you will pay for each month. They gold saving start from Rs500 to up-to your capable. 12. We can pay our gold plan through mobile app or bank transfer. Else can go directly the shop 13. Card payments available 14. We can use the gold saving plan to any Grt branch

The material is genuine what is purchased from them has a good market sale value across. My honest review is grt was best place for high-class people's.. more collection are there in grt compare than other gold jewellery... Lots of design in haram and less design in jimikki ... And silver also good in quality.. and all staffs are friendly and nice with conversation and explaining detailed they provide tea , coffee and juice for every customer

Good for Silver, so many collection for silver. Gold doesn't seem to look much attractive here, diamond collections are also not that great, parking is available which is good for this area, and the staff are decent and respectful. Price is also reasonable compared to other jwellers

Good experience. Friendly staffs. They don't push you to buy anything. Rings collection can be improved. Supervisor showing off as doing discount is a real joke. Wastage and making charge is not less compared to other places. Gold quality is not compromised, that's the only plus here.
