We had a LASIK procedure done here in Sep'23 or a Streamlight PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy), to be precise. Our experience has been positive thus far. We knew of the hospital through its reputation across cities in Tamil Nadu. We were short on time so when we had the pre-surgical consult with Dr. Ashok and the Chief, Dr. Ramalingam, we were satisfied when they included us in the next day's surgery list. The procedure and expectations from us were explained clearly. Any queries from our side were attended to with clarity. Both Dr. Ramalingam and Dr. Ashok were particularly kind and attentive. On the day of surgery, we met the surgeon, Dr. Arnav Singh (a consulting surgeon and not an in-house surgeon), who was reassuring in his elaboration of the procedure to us. He took due time to clarify queries from our side. The procedure itself was smooth and painless. The staff at the hospital are efficient in support and administrative functions. The hospital premises were neat and clean. All in all, a good experience.

Worst Service in Trichy branch.. Receptionist not response properly... Patient name Wrongly mentioned... How can they give treatment to proper Patient??? Dr. Agarwal hospital could be suggest only for doctor Dr. Ramalingam's service and never for administration and cost of the procedures. No respect for the patients. Receptionist and nurses are working like a government staffs. No one is responsible for treatment process.

Clean,neat and tidy hospital. Spacious and comfortable lounge. World class facilities. A freindly doctor with vast experience with most of the staff very polite and supportive. Few exceptions were also there ( like reception and spectacles counters,) .Though not that bad but can improve to match with other departments.

Hi Everyone. Today we visited this hospital for my kid. We travelled almost 90kms. This is our 4th visit to the same problem. My kid has some blocked tear duct issues. All the time, consulted by the same doctor, Ramalingam. He suggested a lot of drops. Nothing worked. Today he behaved like an unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to behave with patients. Today he talked about surgery and did not explain much. He suggested some other hospitals. If you don’t know about this issue, you should have been told that upfront. Because of this brand, we only came here, but such a bad response from him. Even I asked something, he said it in a different way. Someone please advise him on how to behave with patients

two weeks before i visited this hospital for eye irritation and pain they told to wear glassess that there they give some eye drops alsoi weared and used but my pain and irritation is increasing then i checked another hospital they told to don't wear this glass this is high power and then he give some other eye drops also now its Ok for me but why they checking this much fastly i dont know your fees and drops also more high

It is a medical miracle if you get details dialing their single given contact number, which leads to an all India centralized set up i guess, and tests your patience until you get fed up and hang up the call.

Patients are well informed about the procedure which will be undertaken 4. Doctor is highly polite and explains the stage of the cataract clearly and consulted accordingly. 5. Waiting time is bit high during the time of operation. 6. Dosage of medicines are explained clearly by the staff. 7. Counseling department is very understandable. 8. Pantry or cafe facility is not available in the building so be prepared. 9. Regular follow up phone calls were received from the hospital. 10. Charges are affordable and approximate charges were informed well in advance. 11. Extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided.

Our visit to the hospital is considerably okay. The hospital still require fast clearance of patients with high standard of tech savvy. Though the hospital is run as a corporate , the basic aim of docs, paramedics and administrative staffs should be towards patients health and not wealth(may be in different forms). Still more to add but not now.

I had been to Agarwal eye hospital last weekend with my daughter. They put eye drops and immediately taken the eye tests. She couldn't read third line also and was very shocked.I told them that usually tests are taken after 30 -45 minutes.They told we rechecked it.They prescribed lens for more negative power.We checked in other eye care and found having less power.Unnecessarily ,we spent for incorrect lens & consultation.Are they really qualified?
