I bought Vivo V23e, to sell the product sales team spoke very politely, down to earth and also informed some benefits. When I visited the Poorvika Thillai Nagar Showroom for the same benefits which they have told, the sales person very simply ignored me that they haven’t committed such, without evening checking themselves. After the sales the customer service is very worst and unprofessional way of speaking. I have seen the similar way of approach with another customer on same day when I bought the V32e, still I bought the mobile and now myself experiencing the similar issue of after sales support.
