Reliance Smart is a great place to shop for groceries. Prices are not bad. They are neither too cheap not very expensive. Some offers are really good. There's also place to buy clothes in the 1st floor. The collection of kurtis for women is quite good and sometimes you get offers upto 70% off. Even casual shirts and T-shirts for men are good. They also have stationery items and plastics products as well. So all in all a great departmental store.

Neat and big place to search things. The cloth section is not satisfactory, as there is no new stock. Trying to sell all the old stocks. They use paper bags for vegetables which is Appreciatable.

This supermarket is pretty good and you can have all the house 🏠 material. But my suggestion is that for a student whose budget is less, then may be this market is bit costly.otherwise all good. I'll give the name "All in one". One more thing i found that there small fast food shop , mangalam cinema hall , barbeque nation, parking area and tattoo shop.

The store is great and all, but the main problem of every single mega stores like this one is the billing sections. Not enough billing sections are there and we have to wait for like an hour to get it billed.

Went there to find a big plastic water tub enough for an adult to sit in for a kind of warm water therapy, but the flagship retail outlet did not have it. Could make it still all-encompassing to cater to the customers The above observation was registered a long time ago. Now, this smart bazaar is far better than its likes in other parts of the city. It has a vast variety of merchandise with matching customer patronage.

I love to go for shopping all the time to Reliance Smart. Most of the time, I haven't time to visit all the sections. It's my most favourite shopping place to purchase all items for my family.

Poor treatment of customers by floor managers and Sales people . They never respond to customers concerns on time and most of the POS area looks empty despite crowdy day. Customers need to wait in a long queue to get their shopping done. They would rather prefer some good super market to avoid some horrible experience . This place is an absolute black mark for brand like Reliance. I knew ppl would still prefer this place but you will also feel the same when you come across such experience after your shopping here .

I entered at 9 am today, but attenders are not attending / assisting us to get our things. After a long time a polite person and a girl came to help us. Otherwise ok

I Have Great Respect Towards Reliance but this time It Failed. In the Counter the Staffs Tend to be unattentive. When I gave Number for records she kept on speaking with another staff and asked me to repeat. Near to 4 times this happened, Even in Small Supermarkets the Staffs used to pack the things in the Bags in a Dedicated way. Here they ask the customer to Do it by Themslves and the way she said was unprofessional.
