Very poor SALES customer service.. Staffs are not looks like RE professional, their speeches like Sunday market peoples. Good place to buy royal enfield bike..but dont give service here...Sales team is quite knowledgeable...but service team is useless..simply they will empty ur pocket....no proper response....fed up with service teamm....trust me....dont give service here....oftenly changing the supervisors also ..so they dont know who is customer and their needs...waste of money and waste of time...but buying bike here is perfect option...

Worst service center. Given my bike for service after I met with accident. When I took the delivery even more scratch and Dent's are there now. Wrong wiring, over cost, especially for printing frame chassis number separate cost which is not included in the bill separately we need to pay. I'll never recommend this service center for anyone personally. I'm giving this rating after my bike serviced here.

I have visited showroom today and enquired for meteor 650 and 350, the staffs interaction was really good and shared me the information clearly and I would suggest this showroom for booking your new Royal Enfield.

Always booking only. For test drive only 2 type bikes available, expensive bikes are not available for test drive..for customer visit is not ok.sales persons good..but after booking with in 12 days we can get bike..thanks for bike..let see how is your bike service work..
