One of the worst places to purchase electronics. Very poor customer service before purchase, after purchase and even during installation. They didn’t even welcome us while entering the store. They are not even attending the call too. Zero satisfaction from their service. Very poor.

There is no zero star.that y i give one star.worst service,manager,workers i have never seen my life. I bought a whirlpool fridge,Preethi mixi,and LGwashing Machine,over 46k worth.we said no need door delivery we will come back and we'll take it..but thay sent to that delivery coz they want money from that side also. there is no such things as offer also.And the gift was one hotbox only.we went 2 or three time to collect gift box finally they gave us to third time.every time workers has a story to tell for avoiding gift box. And thay won't give proper information about that. We will not come back here again. if we had gone other shops instead,we would have been satisfied.

But you get hazel free replacement and change of products if any defects are observed against purchased products. More, you may get free installation if negotiation with free delivery charges.

Zero star. Worst experience (மஹா மட்டமான sales rep and manager) with the sales reps and store manager on a product return in order to purchase another brand, that was just purchased one day before. I purchased 35k worth Samsung tv and a stabilizer with that. I wanted to return the stabilizer, in order to purchase another brand. They don’t respect the return policy of vasanth and co and they were blunt in their response saying , they won’t accept return. (Just purchased a day before) .. They were lazy to get the product in return , because they didn’t want to take the pain of talking to accounts department to adjust the invoice. How lazy and irresponsible their responses were when I went for returning and replacing with new product.. I’d not recommend anyone to consider shopping in this Vasanth & Co in cuddalore. As a customer I’m deeply unsatisfied with the experience.

Worst experience. They take too much time to bill the products and make the customers wait for so long , also the independent brand representatives force you to buy only their products . Very bad
