On behalf of my wife: She did hair cut in Naturals(thiruvermbur branch) by Nov 2023. Hair cut was good. But with respect to cleanliness very bad experience. After hair cut she asked comb to tie her hair. The comb had given by the beautician who is working there, no one dare to touch it(with lot of tangled hair and dirt). When the customer asks for something how come the person can be this much careless . After that she felt very bad of went to that shop. Very bad experience.
