There is good performance in managing the showroom mr. kothandan is performing good in selling and satisfying us for the purchase .

This store has 2 floors with all kind of jewellery. But the problem is wastage and making charges they put when you Buy. They will not reduce or come to a common ground. That's why Usually prefer not to buy physical gold .

Had a worst experience with Shanthi jewellery (kundrathur branch). since I'm the existing customer for past 4years. Yesterday I purchased 2 sovereign gold in the kundrathur branch .the branch manager Godhandam his behaviour nd way of approach is really abnormal. I don't purchase anymore as well won't prefer my circle too. Moreover comparing to other jewellery shop.. price High with very less discount. For ex: if u buy 16grams of gold they will discount 400-600rs only that also we need to bargain for longer.
