There is no clarity on purchase card , we cheated by one staff from Udumalpet branch. They said the card can be used for all branches , but I went to Tirunelveli shop they said this card was not valid here. Now we very much cheated. What is the solution management can give us ? Waiting for feedback. If not willing to give please don’t advise to offer anyone.

Good and neat service

Gold Savings Scheme is a fraud one. I had joined one year ago. Still haven't received the receipt and card. Do think twice before joining in this scheme if they demand you to join. They won't do proper follow up too.
