Food and ambience is OK. But attitude of the people serving there will bring this hotel down in sometime if the management doesn't look at it seriously. Way they enquire for order and speak with customers doesn't look appropriate. I saw one table where they waited for 10 min and left since the table was not cleaned even after asking multiple times. Atleast the owner should look at such issues happening there. Total 👎 if the service doesn't improve in near time.

They have the best wheat parotta in the city. Coupled with chicken 90 or chicken 05 makes it my perfect combo. Both of them are dry dishes. The former is spicy and the later has unique flavour. There's something for everyone here. They have great dishes, but these three are why I go back again and again.

I can give 4 star for the food. But 3 star on the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The washroom was not maintained well and hand wash was broken when I visited the hotel on 16/07/2021. I ordered the chicken biryani it was good not great. It has less spices and more of a oil. Taste wise its good and quality also. The gravy with the biryani was good but the brinjal curry was ok. They have all the payment methods available and if they improve the cleanliness. And bit more quality of the food will help them be more successful.

Well, they are really old, authentic and renown restaurant.The food tastes good and the price is also quite decent but not an impressive ambience, maybe I would prefer a takeaway or delivery from the restaurant.

Chicken Briyani price Rs.200. Taste was no good. Chicken boiled separately and added to briyani with no salt. Not worth for Rs.200 even did not boiled well. 05/04/22 Response from Owner: He did copy and paste. My question to owner, are you trying to change your cooking style. Very funny.

Taste was Good. Mutton in Mutton Biryani was not cooked well. But other Recipies are Good.

Not a good place to have a hot food. Got a chicken biryani for dinner. They gave me a biryani made afternoon. The food was cold when i got it. Price paid for afternoon biryani served at dinner was 230 INR. Which is actually high. Taste was good. But serving food prepared for lunch during dinner is not accepetable.

Terrible Experience. Got food poisoning from eating there. The Plates are not washed properly, had to wash it ourselves. The water is impure, good thing we didn't drink it. A housekeeping women waited our table who touched the food to count the pieces on chicken 65. The price was way too much for such a low grade service. Even on roadside shops, we'll get better quality.

Street foods have better food than this buhari hotel, meat(chicken boneless) not cooked well and also thier Mutton biryani is not good.

By far the worst food experience in tirunelveli. We ordered paneer butter masala and got chicken bones (or i don't what) in it. They were very casual with their approach when we asked about it. Plates and glasses were dirty with stains of half eaten biryani rice and we complained on that then they brought another glass which was much dirtier. The wash basin area stinked with urine smell and one could not stand over 2 seconds inside to wash hands. I would not recommend anyone who wants to eat a decent meal to eat at Buhari. They have lost it and cannot be saved. Save yourself...

I recently dined at Buhari Hotel, and I must say I was disappointed with the overall experience. The staff exhibited rude behavior towards customers, which left a negative impression. Moreover, the menu was surprisingly limited, with many dishes conspicuously absent. Even more concerning was the significant price increase for the items they did offer which is totally different from the menu.

When i was at this hotel, there was a customer who yelling at the manager because his food was late. The manage handled the problem in a good way and saw to it. Also the food is great.

Unhygienic ambience. Ordered Mutton biriyani find free hair on that. Beware before enter.

Atmosphere and ambiance is good, but 200 rupees plus gst normal chicken biriyani is not worthy.... But we think like this for 200 rupee... 140 rupees for chicken biriyani 30 rupees AC room, 30 for kind services.... This way we feel comfort...

Worst customer service by the people who are serving food. Don't ever go to this restaurant .they don't have Menu Card and we should eat whatever the people in the restaurant tells us . Management needs to have "Menu Card " which needs to be provided to the customers And also Mandi is not served here they will say it will take 30minutes and they will bring it from the New buhari restaurant next to rose Mary hospital.

Want to taste good food try here But very expensive and food quantity is less. They provide less quantity of rice for briyani if we ask again they will charge rs 100 for extra rice .

This is my first review and experience in this hotel. The ambience is not good & clean full dark room. The washroom is not clean properly nothing is done just something else. Also ordering food biryani & white rice. That white rice has hair there & biryani is garbage. There is no taste in biryani, not good...

Used to be my most favorite restaurant during my schooldays, it’s now a shadow of what it used to be. Biriyani is less than average. I used to be a fan of their grill chicken and wheat parotta .

We are 5 members ordered 3 soups for Five, and 5 mutton biryani, chicken 90, fish fingers. They serve very late but they bring briyani first instead of our soup we asked it then they said we missed it and after 5 mins they provide soup, soup is good, but briyani is worst in taste and not hot it's cold. Fish fingers is awesome must try. Chicken 90 is also good. Finally ice cream is not so good.

First time I saw curry leaves on Chicken 65 Biriyani. The biriyani doesn't taste like biriyani it taste like some masala rice. Worst biriyani I ever had in my life But the mutton handi is okay.

Horrible Experience! Waited for over 20mins for the waiter, who addressed in an extremely rude way that none of the dishes in the menu were available and the prices in the menu are incorrect and nothing except Briyani could be cooked in noon. I dont know why this place exists. Went three times there. No one came and asked for order. Waited for 10 mins. No one came and we went out with frusturation. Happens all the time to me and my friends also face the same problem. Atleast show some respect to your customers.

Mutton briyani was good but not much meat in it... Big pieces of chicken were used in Chicken gravy and lollipop... Rates are higher than its quality....

Worst experience ever. I am a person who almost never gets food poisoning. I ordered a kothu porotta and got food poisoning in 2-3 hours. My bad I didnt read the reviews about cleanliness. Dont go to this place unless you want to end up in a hospital.

Atmospheric Ambience built was good. But not clean. Not maintained properly. Uncleaned tables and sinks. Food taste was hell. Chicken Fried rice was okay. No other food served was good. Not worth at all.

Middle class and upper middle class people visit here mostly car parking facilities available for maximum 4 cars , Foods are really tasty Price of fresh Juices are cosltly .. U can't hve hot food here..Even the food is delivered late after 40 mins.the waiter there ask for a tip money volunteerly..service is poor ..price ar very high ..one egg biriyani cost 190 rs ..not worth the money..very poor.i will not recommend this place to anyone.

Visited this place after shopping at pothys, ordered 6 mutton Biryani, 5 chicken biryani & 3 plain briyani.Mutton biriyani was served after 45 min wait and it's not worth after waiting for that long time. I won't recommend this place to any one.service was very bad.
