A good family restaurant with ample car parking space. Biriyani is special here. The ambiance is pleasant and service is good. Party hall is available of you want to celebrate birthday parties or similar function. It has changed to Palmyra grand inn. They have a good weekend buffet....

We stayed for two days during Xmas holidays. Very clean rooms, especially the toilet. 24 hrs heater,wifi. Room service was very good. Ample car parking, attached Hotel and very close to railway/ bus stands. Highly recommend this place

Good hotel with pleasent ambiance. The quantity of food was good, taste is good but not up to the class. Friendly persons. A hotel to try, but will not be in my Favorite list. Server's were arguing, and looks so confused with us. Asking us to check the meal that we ordered. Overall A good hotel. Should work on the taste and hospitality.

Food was ok. Less spicy. Fish was not good. Biriyani was made with normal rice.

We have stayed 3 days with family. It was very happy and peaceful stay. Staffs members are very cordial and no nonsense. Breakfast free and tasty, buffet. Lunch and dinner also served, not pricy. We love to visit again if we visit Tirunelveli next time.

*Rooms are not clean and comfortable for stay. Here comes the billing. They played a game of tongue twister, with false payment assurances. What they mentioned in the message about billing amount and checkout time is completely different from the final bill, it's totally cheating... Go to other good restaurants till possible I warn you don't go there till I can*

Worst no water available for handwash and restroom... service is not good
