Kottu
Parotta
and
Parotta
is
a
popular
street
snack
in
India
that
only
serves
at
night.
It
is
similar
to
the
Roti
Canai
in
Malaysia
but
it
was
served
with
a
special
curry
called
“Salna”
instead
of
Dhal.
According
to
the
locals
Chettinad
Restaurant
serves
a
good
Kottu
Parotta
and
Parotta
in
Town
therefore
we
went
there
for
dinner.
The
restaurant
is
located
opposite
VOC
playground,
Palayamkottai.
The
restaurant
opens
from
10.30am
to
11.30pm
and
they
serve
different
food
in
the
morning
and
Parotta
at
night.
The
restaurant
was
crowded
when
we
arrived
and
it
is
family
and
singles
enjoy
at
night
therefore
we
planned
to
take
away.

but
if
you
are

you
can
request
for

Kottu

was
cooked
with
eggs,

and
capsicum
on
a
hot

griddle.
They
are
minced
and
mixed
by
repeated
pounding
using
a
heavy
spatula,
the
sound
of
which
can
be
heard
for
a

distance
(only
experience
people
can
make
a

if
you
wanted
to
have
some
extra
