The owner is very kind hearted. Offered free food n soft drink to my friend after knowing he is from UP. People often run to restaurants when they see tall buildings. I rate 1 star, not because of the food but the service is at its worst , I went upstairs we have to call service from the ground floor , if wee nee to give an extra order while we eat we have to go downstairs to call a waiter.. while we were eating power went off they had generator but they dont have gasoline to fill... It was my worst experience while eating

Malabar biryani it's taste is awsm..and the quantity of the biriyani is too more...can't eat more...can you please reduced the biriyani quantity...

Cheap and some parotta and curry was good, biriyani is not upto the mark

Shawrma are really good in PIT Stop.

One of the most underrated food place in tirunelveli. The must try out dishes in Pit stop are Shawerma (Soft and juicy ) , Amercian special Fries (they are just lit 🤤 ) , fish wrap and the brownie blast drinks were awesome. The service sometime may frustate you ,but its worth the taste !!!
