Rooms are clean and the stay is ok. But when it comes to billing. They played a Toungue twister game, with false tariff commitment. What they have mentioned in the message about the billing amount and checkout timing is entirely different from the final tariff, In the last minute of checkout, I was in the rush of catching the train. They have been bargaining and make me uncomfortable for half an hour. Finally where i have to pay additional of Rs. 2500 due to there unprofessional commitments. Which is a very disappointing and pathetic situation. I regret staying in this hotel. Where I have a lot more options to stay in tirunelveli. If you going to book Think twice before and do it.

We booked a queen suite in Hotel Palmyra Inn Tirunelveli couple weeks prior and hands down had the worst experience ever. The quality of the hotel room was extremely unhygienic and shabby. Firstly the room reeked of heavy odour upon entry and had some dark stains on the bed cover and chair cushions, one of the ACs doesn't work and they don't provide proper additional bedding. Moreover the bathroom was very untidy, the bucket and jugs were all dirty coupled with rusty handles, overall the entire room was very unsanitary that we HAD to leave in search for another hotel late in the night. Still they charged us some for the lest time we stayed which was one of the most disappointing experience. Request the team to please look over the issue and clean the place as people actually stay there. Will never recommend this place.

Very disorganised set-up. Room Service is atrociously slow. There seems to be a severe shortage of staff. Existing staff are polite, but are not able to handle the load. Food quality was passable, but breakfast was nothing great to write about. There is no sound proofing between meeting halls and we had to reduce volume as did another company having a program adjoining hall. The toilets attached to the halls are in bad condition. The owner is in Kerala and trying to remote manage the property. It is evident this is not working out... A wonderful location, but totally screwed up by mismanagement.

The best hotel I stayed in recent times in Tirunelveli. The best suited hotel in all respects for tourists and business travelers. Proximity, cleanliness, environment, customer service, spacious n shaded parking availability, restaurant facilities, ambience, rooms with all facilities, everything is good. I am very satisfied selecting this hotel for my business-stay. Kudos to the management. Keep it up. 💯

Easy and quick Check in process, Staffs are polite and attentive. Rooms are ok. Reception and housekeeping Staffs are very good in behaviour as well as in service but restaurant service is very bad. Poor WiFi connectivity. Receptionist came to room and try to solve the WiFi issue but he can't solved so he asked apologies. Maintenance is below average .

Really enjoyed my stay, Good behaviour and very well trained Reception team.Rooms are very neat and cleanliness is excellent. Free WiFi that Speed also good. Food taste is Super but need varities in their menu. Thanks to Palmyra team because they had taken very much care.

Room was very compact with cigarette smell. There's no water in bathroom, when complained, no plumber was sent to our room till check out. Only good thing is, it has ample parking space.

Last time my stay in this hotel was pleasant but this time very worst service. Uncleaned rooms, cobweb in toilet. They didnt give toiletries. Everywhere dust particles. Water flow in toilet is very low. Uncleaned bathroom waterline fittings,bucket&mug. The management should appoint proper staff to check the rooms before giving to the customers. Reception and restaurant staff are very good in behaviour as well as in service.

Situated near the Nellai Junction. Hotel is bit old so the rooms are in the old style. I stayed last week and it was decent. After the floods, the condition of the hotel would have changed. Need to keep an eye before booking.

Very bad condition of rooms. We booked 8 rooms. Only 4 rooms were decent. Rest of the rooms had basic problems - flush not working ( room 403). 415- bathroom door not locking, AC not working. 302- Flush not working. Wifi did not work for three hours. When we raised the complaints they pretended as if everything is working fine. Manager was not responsive. During checkout front desk didn’t bill for one room while they said they will adjust for one room due to complaints. Afterwards front office employee was threatened that money will be deducted from him salary. Manager was not taking any responsibility. We ended up paying to save front end officer from paying from his salary. I asked manager that we paid full for bad rooms and now take responsibility and fix the rooms. He didn’t take that responsibility. Very irresponsible. Only plus point was decent food! We appreciated the chef! 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻

Rooms, mattress, bathrooms were very clean. Hotel has a restaurant at the ground floor, which serves complimentary breakfast (if it is in your package) We took suite room, which had a living room (12x12) and a bedroom and one bathroom. Pretty decent suite room but bit pricey in my view. I booked directly with the hotel.

Location is accessible, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, will organised with excellent service in where we had complementary breakfast, dinner was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Rooms are comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Worst experience. They don't give the rooms which they show. After checking in we moved out as rooms were very unclean and shabby. The food was also not good. Their behavior was unethical. They changed the tariff after we checked in.

Costly Karasingam A.C T.V not working, Air conditioner working awkward.. taste of food is also average! In this situation they charged extra for online booking.. If you need satisfaction, Kindly take some other hotel. Simply worthless...

Management should appoint well trained and good behaviour staff in reception. Receptionist doesn't know the meaning of hospitality. This is a lodge not a hotel. Night shift staff is a deaf , he doesn't answer for anything and also doesn't attend the phone call. Don't go to this lodge they will spoil your entire stay. This is not a family class hotel.

Recently, during the month of Feb' 23, we have stayed here. Pros: 1. Hotel is centrally located very near Railway station, about 500m away. 2. Neatness and cleanliness were simply no less than Excellent. 3. Hotel staffs were very cordial and their behaviour were very good. Also non-intrusive. 4. As the room I have booked was not available, I have been given a free upgrade. 5. Restaurant food was reasonably good. Cons: 1. Electrical appliances reasonably old, and you always need an attendant to switch on.

Came to stay here with ma family, nd they gave the best level of satisfaction... All The staffs were so friendly, the rooms were so neat and clean, provides good parking space, awesome atmosphere to stay... Also the restaurant staffs treated as in a good manner the manager nd staffs were so polite nd calm the surroundings nd everything were clean All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. This is my 2nd visit, Last time I had full of bad experience.So manager gave me an assurance that they will improve their services but it doesn't happened. It's not a 3 star hotel. Better you can called as lodge . Always lift is not working.you have to use staircase but you have to pay full amount . AC is not working, Flush is not working, manually you have to pour water filled in bucket. Power failure is frequently happened. Website shows all the amenities but you can't get except soap,shampoo.bath mat placed in the room is used one by previous customer.cleaning is very worst Full of dust and cobweb in toilet. It's not a renovated hotel they are cheating, very old AC ,TV,. Hot water is not coming.Even AC &TV remote not working. Every floor garbage trolly is full of garbage and I think it doesn't cleaned for a month. It creates bad smell in floors. Night they have switched off all the corridor lights so it gives you a feel like you are staying in ghost bungalow. Very worst maintenance.For the services they are offering room rent should be below 700. Add to the core room service coffee order served too much delay 😁90 minutes.

A good place to stay for family purpose or any pilgrims purpose. The only discomfort was the ordered food was delivered late and the taste wise felt very worst and the AC water was spilling inside the room. These are the disappointing things but coming to the comfort zone we have booked the room for 2 days and the dead line was 12 o clock as our bus timing was 4.pm we have requested them for late checkout and they have accepted it without any queries felt very much satisfied. And the cleanliness is very appreciated felt very very comfort to stay there had a peaceful and good sleep. Thanks for the wonderful memories. Room service was very excellent. Behaviour of the front office staff is very rude. He doesn't issue gst bill for my stay. There is no one in the reception counter to attend phone calls. After 8pm you can't get even a single water bottle. Service is very worst. alcoholic smell in all corridors. Room boy's getup looks like a beggar.This is not a star hotel it's a glorified lodge.Bad smell comes from bathroom as well as corridors and reception. Best parf of the lodge is car parking area.

I have no idea how it was before. Visited recently Mid August 2021. Very poor service. Dirty towels, dusty wardrobe, no blankets, no tolietries. Tv without set top box, ac without remote. Got remote and set top box only after asking. Only advantage being rooms are very large and spacious
