The hospitality provided by the staff was excellent..Both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very courteous..The behaviour of all the staff was excellent...Rooms are spacious and maintained well. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous. The food was great and the staff in the restaurant were too good. Bathroom had all the usual amenities and was clean and spotless..Overall enjoyed the stay and would like to stay here whenever possible.

No covid measures were followed Very sad to see when a hifi hotel is not strict on these things

One of the best restaurant in tirunelveli area. Food quality and taste was 5 star level beyond the expectation. Specially all the desserts were too good in terms of quality. Quantity of starters & Main course were sufficient. Service also too good. Must try pot kulfi. The taste were original. Ambience is good. Food price is little cozy.

This is our first visit to this property. Usually, we stay in GRT, as it was full, they recommended. Good property, room is clean, with all facilities. The food is excellent, and all dishes served in breakfast was tasty and good. The staff was polite and service. We met Chef Mr Selvakumar, he was passionate about his job.

We recently stayed at the Apple tTree Hotel in Tirunelveli and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, despite it being a late check-in, the staff welcomed us warmly and accommodated our needs seamlessly. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a problem-free stay. We were particularly impressed with their flexibility regarding our late checkout request, allowing us to check out around 2 PM without any hassle. This level of understanding and customer service greatly enhanced our visit to Tirunelveli. We would definitely recommend the Apple Tree Hotel to others for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

A very average hotel with average service. The rooms are tiny. Staaf working in the hotel are friendly and helpfull but most of them don't understand English or Hindi so you may struggle if you are coming from other states.

I went for their restaurant the food and very impressive not a dish that we tasted was below our expectations

Nice stay for 1 night, nearby have few shops like Arun ice cream, lalitha jewelry, food stalls, opposite have hospital. Staffs are polite and friendly. Restaurant menu was good and chef comes out to check on us and the food preparation.

Being a repetitive visitor to applettree I can say confidently that their corriyander restaurant is an only elite restaurant in the city. The full credits goes to their executive chef Mr.Rajkumar. He comes up with many creative dishes . He also listens to the customers and comes up with unique out of the menu dishes that tastes really good.I definitely recommend their restaurant to any foodie looking for an elite premium restaurant in the city .

Google mentions that its a 3 star hotel but the service offered here can be rated as high as 5 stars. Great hospitality offered by the staff at every touchpoint right from the restaurant to the reception desk to the room assistance. We were made so comfortable by the care and attention given which is rarely seen in most hotels these days. Location is also a major plus. Definitely will stay here every time we visit tirunelveli. 10/10 would recommend to others.

As am a Doctor we used to go there for CME meetings. Very well maintained indoors and halls clean, good staffs. Food was good with varieties. Rooms will be luxury enough to stay for long time 👍

The restaurant is good. Try it, most other eateries in that area is not even worth trying. Stay wise decent place no complaints there. I would say food wise wort visiting.

Poor service and food quality is bad. 8 ppl went for Dinner and ordered dal fry, veg kadai and Malai kofta. All three had bad taste, dal fry was bought as just a boiled dal. Chef has to be trained

Smoke stink in the room for a few hours every day. Great staff. Great food. Bad location in front of a very busy bus stop. Hard to drive in or out at all times.

We have stayed in many luxurious hotels in Tirunelveli. But Applettree has always been the best hotels in Tirunelveli. With its world-class amenities, it remains ahead of other top hotels in Tirunelveli. It was a pleasant stay and the hospitality was too good. Worth the money.

The restaurant is one of the best in Tirunelveli.. taste of the food, ambience, is really good.. Maybe due to the pandemic or something service was not upto the mark.. I felt quantity was much better in the past.. now portions are very small for the price.. But the taste Haven't changed, it's still the same.. Must try - my favorite dish is fish finger

This review is about their restaurant which I went for lunch today. Very special mention for their service, it has impressed me a lot. We tried only a few items like roti, butter roti, dahi kebab, murungai soup, kadai paneer all tasted really good. As I said above service was too good and surprising for me.

I like where the hotel is, and I could easily recommend this hotel to anyone who is new to Tirunelveli and it centre place for most of the important things. Restaurant is very good and you can have some good authentic dish and their service is also top notch no complaints. Room service is also very good and prompt, rooms were also very nice tidy. One thing I would like to add is they can add more channels in television which carter more wider guests. Parking is also very good but I would like to have vallet parking as this is a must for any hotel which is three star and above. Finally the price of the rooms were also on tad higher side, yes I agree their service is good but again it would be great if the price is lesser by 10% at least. Overall I’m really happy with my stay looking forward for next time.

This is the worst hotel. AC did not work and I was shifted to another room. AC did not work there either. I had turn on the fan. No hot water. Had to call the service person to fix. I was charged Rs4000 for a night. Not even worth Rs1000. A lodge is better. Avoid at all cost.
