Rooms are quite well maintained, spacious and have good interiors.. amenities provided were adequate. Non branded water bottles could be avoided and ..huge pillows are not good ..should have kept different size pillows. Room rates are high compared to other places.

The hotel is well placed on the main road and very easy to locate. Positives : rooms are big and neatly decorated. Have two mirrors in the room, full and half which is helpful. Ha e enough storage space for luggage. The room is well lit and comes with a working/ study table. Food is very tasty and looks hygienic Negative : you need to bring in toiletries as they don't provide anything apart from a toothpaste and a brush. The towels have lost its colour but i think that is purely because of the water quality in the locality. Staff is very very polite and helpful.

Good wide rooms. Clean spreads. Well furnished space. Clean restrooms and faucets. Helpful reception. Timely answer and provision for bedspreads. Well mannered staffs. Parking adequate. Can book in-person or online. In person has 24hr checking while online generally has 12-12 check out. Affordable cost though slightly on the higher side. Worth every penny. Good and safe place to stay with family.

I tried their weekend buffet both veg and non-veg. Price was ₹499/- per person. Number of items were limited specially veg starter and curry. In non-veg starter and main course was available. But all the items available (refer my pics) were very delicious. Sitting arrangements was good and staff behaviour was very nice. Overall experience was satisfactory!

Hotel was okay but the services are not up to mark for the money we pay. Primarily a stay ideal for working professionals and not preferred when going as a family especially with kids. The food was good but they take inordinate time to serve . I asked the simplest of the South Indian food which is dosa and South Indian meals. Swimming pool was there but had to get it cleaned by staff for using it. It was not ready.. Rooms made me feel claustrophobic especially the rooms which were on the left side of the building when you face the hotel standing out.. Overall stay experience was okay but I will not prefer staying there next time when I visit tirunelveli..

Not worth at all . If you read any nice comments about this place , well hereafter you won’t !! Firstly the hotel is not at all maintained properly, the walls of the room which we stayed were literally coming out because of the water drip . The switches are all loosely connected so the fans were not working properly, the hot water was filling only upto half a bucket after a wait for a long time . In the mid of the night since the fan was not working & also with two small kids it was such a horrible experience with kids waking up every now and then , the hotel phone was not working , lift was turned off at the night & also the no room service person available to fix the issue. It was a holiday turned nightmare The only thing good about this place was the food !! The price was reasonable so we booked this place but the place is not maintained at all !!

Recently I stayed here with my family and I had a nice stay.The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including tea/coffee making facilities. One of the things that really stood out to me during my stay was the exceptional level of customer service provided by the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thirunelveli.

Don't paln any Bulk plan meetings in this hotel F&B Manager was very rude they have policy if you order food for 25 packs if count is increased they charged what's actual count but count below 25 if example Actual count is 20 pack they charged 25 packs Ac is not working properly I never had this kind of bad experience

Booked for a 3 night stay through Make My Trip... Had a pleasant stay.... No negatives to mention.... Location is the biggest advantage, located in the heart of the city, rooms were clean and well maintained, food was reasonably priced and staff were polite and well cooperative.... Overall a great stay and would love to stay there again

Visited Tirunelveli after a long time and had X-mas buffet here. Food was excellent. Staff were very polite and service was excellent. Very good ambience. Actually surprised to see the quality on par with Chennai star hotels.

The location is too good, you can see the whole Tirunelveli, I think the hotel is at the heart part of Tirunelveli. The Staffs were so much pleasant and helpful. I have stayed in a suite room of the hotel Room No. 102 the stay was quiet pleasant, the view from the top is awsome. The vanjaram fry and meals they served was heart whelming. Two months before when I looked for suite room in the same hotel I didn't get one. When I asked the manager for reason, he politely answered that the suite rooms were under maintenance. I prefer it for all type of persons. my wife even stayed there alone last week for a business meeting, she also liked my recommendation Thanks Palmyra for the service you rendered for me and my wife

Situated near the Tirunelveli New Bus Stand. Ambience is good and the rooms are furnished well with mini fridge and other facilities. Considering the ambience prices are on the higher side. Parking space is available but the recent floods have put the hotel under heavy pressure. Hopefully they recover back soon.

Rooms are in average size with full of cigarette smell. No water in bathroom pipe, when complained in reception, they didn't send plumber till check out. Only good thing about this hotel is, it has ample parking space and located in main area.

I have visited bar recently and given complimentary snaksnlooks like tasmac bar as very small portions in 3 bowls... Compare to madurai they giving min. 8to 10 bowls of snacks Pls be improve management

I organised a farewell party for one of our office colleague in palmyra grand hotel and Mr.Prem kumar (Banquet manager) has organised it very beautifully with nice ambience and also all the food items were so tasty . We all were 100% satisfied with the hospitality of the hotel team.

Good hotel in tirunelveli..staff is good and so does there cleanliness except tea cups provided in room..!! Bathroom slippers should be provided too as bathroom was bit clingy..!! Overall good experience though.

A decent business class hotel in Tirunelveli. Though we stayed here couple of times we couldn't explore their breakfast. Rooms are good, bathroom cleanliness needs a bit more attention.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel as we found the hotel to be good during the first stay. however, the hotel has lost its goodness because of poor maintenance I think. Very spacious rooms but very poorly maitained. Walls are dirty, with seepages . AC was not functioning consistently. We booked two rooms this time and both the rooms had few issues. One room had no fridge and AC was not working in the other. Very poor housekeeping. Food is very very bad.

the hotel manager Mr.prem and team done nice arrangement for our function. Mr. Prem was helping in buffet menu selection , hall arrangement. tasty food was served . All the guests were happy .

The room we stayed was not a well maintained one. wall papers have peeled, floor boards are broken. The reception area, restaurant are on minimal AC and have a bad stale smell.

I had lunch. The hotel has a good ambience. Very calm. The staff are polite. The price of the dishes are very fair. Taste of the food is very good. Didn't expect that this hotel had such a good restaurant. This hotel is located nearby Tirunelveli new bus stand in a walkable distance. They are offering buffets on weekends @ approx 500 rs!

The timing for breakfast in the hotels restaurant is late compared to the sightseeing Kanyakumari offers to the tourists. Restaurant service opens only at 8 am after which they will take your order and after half an hour you will receive your breakfast. There is a shortage of waiters in the restaurant here. Food is good and tasty but due to the shortage of staff expect your food to arrive late.

Pathetic ……. It was worst ever experience to me .. I was in official tour and unlucky to choose this hotel . Very worst ambience and very poor maintenance Linens , pillows , towels are not clean to use .. Break fast since it is complimentary taste as very poor .. Cost they have charged me is Rs.4700 , such a high cost for this location I have ever see. . again it is online gimmicks and Iam cheated . If we book directly the cost is 2300 + , since I have gone thru Yatra it was 4700. Conclusion , don’t ever think of choosing this hotel for your stay . Even they don’t deserve one star..
