Worst customer friendly hotel... Reception people have no idea how hotel service works!! If you can tolerate these people then you can stay just incase if you have no other option. Rooms are much better in size and cleanliness compare to other hotels in town.. Need management interference ASAP to maintain hotel reputation.

This is a disaster. I would strongly advise against it. The room service is bad, the complementary breakfast is pathetic. The AC in the rooms does not work. Although it might look fancy from outside, but inside, it is a total disappointment.

Good hotel in tirunelveli, not as good or luxurious as grt but not bad either, food is not worth here, the rooms are good especially the suites are really spacious and good , the normal rooms are a little small for the price and the bathrooms could have been better if not atleast worth for the price we pay, location also a positive since its away from the hustle and busy roads. Easily accessible from bus stands and railway station.

Need to pay attention on their Room Maintenance, only issue I faced was the Bed pillow was not properly maintained, which was full of Black dots like after washing not properly dried. They did not provided Complementary Breakfast also. Other than this we had no issues. Food also was Good I had 4 days Breakfast from there only. It was really Good..!

We checked in about 1.00 am, the first room we saw, the bathroom was smelly. So we took another room, it was good and had a comfortable sleep. But the rate was very high for Nellai. Rates can be reduced to an extend, so that it would be worth for our money.

It is bar attached hotel. So family hesitate to select. But I and my daughter stayed there. No disturbance. Spacious car parking. Room service should be improved.

Room was good, only thing is the key card was not working. So everytime you come back to the room, you have to call a room boy to open the room.

We were walk in guests at the restaurant that we had tried earlier and enjoyed the food. Despite the restaurant being not remarkable in decor, the breakfast that was served was excellent. Tried Idly, poori and dosa .. All were good. The service was also excellent. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Tirunelveli

Hotel stay is good ,coffee tea supply takes lot of time ,and also near by not avilable early mornings Room service has to be improved ad TV not functioning and they could not make ready .Although it is AC ,fan is needed very less staff for 70 rooms Hotel is good but service is very important

Room was clean and tidy. But staffs in front office was not that much customer friendly. They were provided only one 500ml complementary watercan for a person entire day. Which was not at all sufficient. For paid water bottle they providing aquafina. And the provided complementary waterbottle was somewhere local vendor. They having restaurant but won't have fresh juice. In the menu card they have lassi, but in kitchen they won't prepare.

Rooms were decent and the food served in the restaurant was good. Prices were reasonable. Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian options are available. Car parking space is available.

Hotel location was good, but not great since it's a bit of a walk from both nearby bus stops (old bus stand and vanarpet) Reception was helpful, rooms were spacious and neatly kept. Service and housekeeping was the worst part. Room did not have towels, tea bags, etc., Had to call and remind a few times to get the towels. No menu was available for room service. Called reception to order breakfast and had to remind after 30 mins that we didn't get the food yet. (Just dosa and Pongal for breakfast) Ordered some finger food during lunch, got pepper chicken semi gravy, but we ordered 65 dry 😪 No clue how they messed up a simple order.

Providing only 500ml Water for the whole day. Also the quality of the water is local. Half of the Lights won't glow. No seiling fan. No hospitality and rude receptionist ever. No fresh juices available in restaurants. Guests handling by the authority is worst. Worst Dust Bin. No Kettle. No Fridge. No Toilet Paper.

A basic stay experience. Breakfast has to be ordered. House keeping needs a huge improvement although the front desk manages to major extent. Easily located, have fruits shop around.

We were told a new bar has opened. So a group of us gave it a try. It's in the basement and so no cell phone tower! That's a blessing indeed. But on entering a foul smell hit us! Pretty soon we got used to it once we downed the reasonably priced drinks! The freebies along with the drinks are passable. The Rasam Vada was especially good. If you prefer to be away from the blaring TV theres hope for you! A nook in the corner gives you privacy!

Rooms were not clean Linin was bad. More than all attitude of staff is very bad. Giving 1* as there is no negative rating. Never stay in this hotel
