We stayed here for 2D/1N. I think they are one of the best options to stay near Thirunelveli Junction railway station. The accommodation was value for money and we were offered complimentary breakfast as well - which was a pleasant surprise. The food was good and the buffet had a lot of options. I was traveling with my family and we got interconnected rooms which was very convenient. The receptionist was very efficient and took care of all our requirements effectively (she remembered each and every detail and conveyed it to the person scheduled for the next shift). Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something near the station!

I arranged my wedding reception at the hotel. The staff were warm in welcoming and easy to communicate with. They gave practical feedbacks during discussions that helped take better decisions. On the day of the reception everything went super smooth to the point I had no complaints or feedbacks from the ~300 guests who came in from all walks of life. I was so happy and everyone appreciated the arrangements and food specially. I would highly recommend this hotel for any occasion or even a short period of stay. I feel so thankful and want to show my gratitude towards the hotel through this comment. Hopefully this comment helps them grow.

Less crowded. Restaurant doesn't seem to have enough footfall. Food average. In the hustle n bustle of the town area if you are looking for a quiet escape n you can adjust with the food it's fine. Service of the staff reasonable

Recently February 2023 ,we celebrated my elder brother marriage reception @ RR in marriage hall , the marriage hall was very good , clean and air conditioned. The food was buffet system , good and tasty…and the manager co operation was good from booking to function ending..Last but not least , the marriage hall was worthy.

There's a nice bar onsite. A good place to chill. Very reasonably priced and a very generous supply of finger foods to go with your drinks. Fabulous service.

My Engagement held at RR Inn party hall yesterday. Superb party hall. Rich look for small functions and superb food service at the affordable rate at star hotel. The Manager Mr. Nagarajan was very kind and super cooperative. He provided the services that was needed. It was very overwhelming and helpful. Food was awesome and customisable moreover tasty😋. Recently attended a meeting. Their buffet food was terrible. Not a good place to conduct a meeting. Road side puli satham is much better than their briyani.

need to improve ambience. used to be very good interior. need to improve the experience properly. if i am coming to the restaurant it needs to have a proper handwash seperate. i should not be using the same toilet to wash hands too. very bad experience 😕. the corners are not power washed. the walls and ceiling looks broken here and there. the wallpaper are damaged every where. not sure why it is like this now. used to be very good. need better management.

Our family (3 rooms) stayed for 2 nights recently. Loved the stay. Rooms/Bathroom/Room Service/Complimentary Breakfast/Food quality Excellent. Very courteous behaviour of entire staff. One of us left a small shoulder bag (containing cash/ID card) and we were informed in the next 10/15 mts. Requested to send the amount through GPay and other things through courier and they responded promptly. Provide hand wash close to dining hall. Thanks once again to management and staff.

Location is easily reachable.. when coming from other districts.. The meeting hall was good enough for more than 150 participants... The vegetarian food served in buffet was awesome.. spent a day there, that was a good day 👌👌👌

Stayed there for 2 days. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Breakfast served was of good quality. The staff - Mr. Madhan, Mr. Suresh and Mr. Muthu were quite friendly and courteous. Mr.Suresh went out of the way to collect and courier my laindry cloths. Would highly recommend to anyone who are willing to visit Tirunelveli.

Visited the hotel during this pandemic for a small function conducted with all government norms. Good Hall facility for meeting purpose. Not able to go to all areas for a review. Good parking facility. The hotel people guided well. Maintenance is good. More hygiene. Rest room facility is there and maintain properly. Restaurant was there but not open during my visit. Good hotel in the town.

Today 11th July -22 went to this hotel restaurant with family for dinner. Bitter experience in my life. Very very worst food served. For a Kal dosa we waited for nearly one hour. Dirty taste kal dosa with chutney and sambar prepared in the morning served by them. Rate is un imaginable. Don't go guys. Very worst experience

Don't underestimate by the outside looks. The interiors of the room are really great. Shower can have little more pressure. Too slow.
