We checked in midnight. There was no one to attend us or guide us. But room was very nice and big. Very spacious and neat and clean. Bed was soo comfortable. Owner was very well behaved and helping. Price was high but its okay. Need to improve service and staff behaviour. Recommended 👍🏻

Fraud Hotel. This hotel is located in 3rd floor of an commercial building VV towers. This commercial building is already ceased by Collector & governement 1 year ago. Illegally they run this hotel. Room main door war broken (Image attached). Rats inside rooms eatan our dresses (image attached). Room full of whiskey smell. No Heater in batoroom. Intercom do not work. Complementary food is road side food(image attached).

I booked the hotel through Oyo and requested for early check in. I was charged 500 for early check in and was given already used room to get refreshed. They promise that they would give me an alternate room by 11AM. When I returned at 6PM they told no rooms available yet. After i raised. My voice they put me in a smoking room. I was travelling with a kid and it's horrible stay. If you are travelling with family and non smoker better skip this hotel.

I was traveling to kanyakumari and it was already late night, so we decided to stay, As compared to all others hotels in the near area. This was the most spacious hotel. I have a one year baby and she need some space to play around. I am highly impressed with the space and pricing. This was the cheapest hotel with AC. We just catch some sleep and started journey, we just had a little conversation with staff. They were gentle, complementry tea, water they provided. I would highly recommend this hotel for best pricing, space, location, neat and clean bathroom. *** I DONT HAVE THE PIC NOW BUT THE IMAGE SHOWN IN THE GOOGLE IS EXACTLY SAME.

Kept us waiting for hours with unhealthy arguments regarding unavailability of rooms even after prior booking and payment. Ill mannered staff and untidy toilet. Absolute waste of money. The perfect example of frauds.

They won't accept pre-booking on Oyo or other room booking sites.When we go for check in they said they are on heavy loss,cannot agree with prebooked price and we had to pay extra Rs.300 to get the room.Since it was midnight while check in we didn't had another option to look for other hotels.Also no waste bin,no proper staff in reception,no room service,no window in ac room.

Deluxe rooms are very spacious. Old type rooms but large and neat and clean rooms. Will get a good rate if you book through online platforms. Mini fridge in the room. The TV is in working condition but the screen got damaged little bit.

Initially, there was some confusion and disagreement concerning payment of room rent. However, after contacting the customer services of both OYO and Booking.com, it was resolved. The room was huge and spacious! It was comfortable. I felt the bathrooms could be better compared to the rooms — it didn't quite match the quality of the room. 🌸 Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you. 🌼

This is the best in Tirunelveli. The rooms are so big. They have mini fridge too. Staffs are super helpful and very friendly. It's better to contact them directly instead of using Oyo.

Room given to us was infested with rats. After complaining they shifted us to another room which was ok

I made my booking through make my trip and paid the whole amount in advance . When I approached the hotel to check in , they said that no rooms are available . Very bad hospitality from their side and eventually they gave me the room after hours of arguments . Turns out that it was a scam from the hotel management. Very poor service and not reliable. I would give zero stars if there was an option
