Hotel is at prime location very close to palayam bustand. The rooms are okay and okay for resting spot there are few parking behind the building. Commutation is not a problem from this place and there are quite a few options just over the road.

Stay was reasonably good for a night. Parking is on the backside and was not adequately comfortable along the narrow sideways. Staff were courteous. Linen changeover and sanitization following guest checkout or check-in was not clearly felt.

Feel safe during my internal auditing work I stayed their, staff behaved well mature with for late present to the hotel by night. Hotel team member help me with best food restaurant for my breakfast. Any way pleasant stay during this pandemic period…

Good and famous hotel in Thirunelveli. Affordable coat and hygienic rooms.. No boarding and room services are available.

Management should appoint well trained and good behaviour staff. I didn't stay there but I had gone there to enquire marriage hall details . Already we have conducted 3 marriage functions in 2019&20. that time services and arrangements by their staff was excellent (especially Vanamamalai&Shanmugaraj). This time all are new staff and doesn't know the meaning of hospitality. no one is willing to make the hall booking. Management should appoint proper and enthusiastic staff to retain their reputation. This is my suggestion to rajas group .Thanks

I had to stay at "the hotel RAJA PALACE " for a period of 5 days. Great parking space and sanitary discipline was well maintained. The Interiors look very premium and Luxury Rooms are well furnished and well maintained. Good wardrobe facility . Staffs are professional at reception, room attendees and security personnel. Overall a very pleasant and satisfying experience on my stay.

Hotel Raja Palace is a nice place to stay. Cleanliness is at its best. Staying here was a pleasant experience. Keep it up.

I love this hotel. It was the perfect place to stay for a week on business. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, balcony with a view of the city. it had everything we didn't know we needed. Even now, I think of this place often. Hope to be able to stay there again sometime.

Very nice stay and good experience worth of money

Neat and clean room and bathroom. No in-house restaurant. No intercom. Only half litre one complimentary water bottle was given. While all other hotels provide 1 litre ! Seems ridiculous when looking at the room rent they charge. Felt the hotel needs to be more professional. Otherwise decent and good hotel to stay.

The hotel is well connected. The parking place is great. The staff are well mannered and really helpful. There are various options for dining around the hotel. Should definitely try the barbecue restaurant situated in the same compound. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant available in the hotel due to Covid pandemic. Hence, couldn't comment on their food. Overall, a great place to stay in Palayamkottai.

Room service not satisfactory. They will give a half litre water bottle per day for two persons. You should ask for paste and brush. If you didn't ask, they won't give. 2400rs for AC doublebed . Not worthy for the money.

Today, I came to Tirunelveli for one marriage function and for some personal reasons that I can't visit on my relation home, So that I arrived here accidentally and without knowledge of their service and rooms. But the way of their service is too good and room is also so clean

Renovated hotel with basic amenities. Tariff is high but they didn't provide complementary breakfast. You can't feel whether ac is on. Staff must be trained very well. The management should consider to place tiles instead of carpet in room because Tirunelveli is not a hill station. Toiletries and mineral water should be given by the management. Hotel management should recruit experience and well mannered staff.

The hotel is just opposite to palay bus stand which connects the city well. The rooms are spacious enough. The receptionist was polite.. A decent budget hotel. AC position made us feel that AC is not functioning. There is only 1 power socket that too doesn't work properly.. The furnitures and door are too old.. Considering all these the price that they charge is too high as compared to the amenities that seem less and inappropriate.
