Very third class sarvice... Durty rooms... Very bed behaviour by staff.. Don't book this hotel in any cost. Very Bed experience...

Would be glad to give a zero if any possibility, after making zillion calls to confirm booking which they did prior , we had to hear them say that there are no rooms and the room kept for us was given to another customer.Mind you all these happened around 3:30am and the receptionist had zero remorse towards their mistake ,never apologised and was willing to offer a room with no lights, water by paying Rs 1000/-. Which we ended up takinh cos we had temple darisanam at 6am .The only better part was later on the owner had apologised but that technically meant nothing for the inconvenience we had gone through and the wste of 1000rs for a literal dungeon . Owner maybe good ,but the staffs definitely needs to learn work ethics and would never recommend or visit again

One of the worst decision made by choosing this hotel. Got this room on 6 morning and am entering the room only to be disappointed. I see a cockroach running to the bed. And the worst part is, I see blood stains on the bedspread and the bed sheets. The room smelled really really bad. There was no remote provided to ac. There was ants coming out from the bed. Totally a disappointing experience.

Very worst and UNSAFE LODGE. When we went to check-in at 7 pm, the guy at reception was fully drunk.Never seen a reception guy wearing lungi and fully drunk.

No 1 worst hotel in tirunelveli. If you want shower, you don't Want to open shower, use AC out let water in bathroom. Extra bed is like a bedsheet. Blood stain also in the bed. If you see the room and bed, your choice is sleep on outside the room on varanda. Don't use this hotel if you use this hotel, you also need to put the review like this.

The room was kinda small and Conjusted,The toilet was not so clean. It would be better if they changed the toilet seats..It has a huge car parking area.overall 3stars

Located at a vey odd location inside narrow lanes. The house keeping person refused to change used bedsheets.Mattress and bedsheets were having mosquito blood of previous guest.Big cockroaches roaming around.No room service, no soap,no towels without asking.Rates are high as compared to quality.The owner must tight the staff

Worst hotel ever seen. Booked a AC room but asked us to stay in a small non ac room or to leave. Not allocating rooms according to online bookings.

The WORST room I had stayed in. Once we checked in the first thing we noticed is the bed was not cleaned at all. It had hair and stains all over. When asked they said it's already cleaned. The bathroom doesn't have lock from inside and it was stinking. Few waste items were lying on the floor. Even after AC was on for and hour with the temperature set to 18, it's still it's sweating. Only plus is that hot water was available.

One of the worst hotel experience ever, we have got 2 non-ac rooms which was very suffocating, after we have changed 1duplex room for 4000rs,which was utter waste and of no use, suddenly in between they have switchedoff the AC, started arguing, indesicent rooms- with blood strains,etc. Worst housekeeping and management experience, waste of money,time and peace. Whoever is gona stay in tirunelveli, please people's dont book this property.

Rooms are not maintained properly. Very near to railway station but located inside a small lane.

It is inside the main Road cars very difficult to come lot of side parking

Gave one star as there is no option to give less than one... pathetic rooms, dirty bedsheets, dirtier footmat, no toiletries and on top of it no power backup...they have big generator but no diesel and excuse is that power doesn't go that often so we don't have diesel

Worst hotel. Unclean rooms, non-working ACs, dirty linen. Not even a bottle of water or a toiletry kit for an AC room charged at Rs.1,500/- per night. Staff refused to change dirty linen which i could get done only after i called up their manager
