Today ( 1/11/2022 ) this falls is locked. Its entry ticket is ₹6 only. It's about 250M walkable distance from the main falls. The best thing is to not ask the address to auto drivers they fully focus on money minded and ask huge amounts. Best thing is see the google review and follow google map.The area is totally contaminated by fecal matter and bad odour Due to the area people businesses mind the toilet if the govt provides a free restroom it will be more clean.

Small waterfalls in Coutralam coming as a part of stream to the main falls. The falls maintained by the forest department therefore it opens only day time . Please don't believe timing from Google maps 7am - 4 30pm. Less crowd compare to the main falls. You will get freshness in your body and mind once after taking bath for 10mins without use of soap and shampoo. Per head charging ₹6 as an entry fee.

Place is dumped with bottle left overs and wastes. Such a beautiful place but spoiled by tourists. No interests shown by local authorities to keep the place clean not take actions against violaters. Bus service to this area is only handful and local autos have fixed pricing that's expensive.

Coutrallam Falls (also called Kutralam/Kuttalam Falls) is located in tenkasi district in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu bordering Kollam district, Kerala. The falls is located on the Western Ghats on the river Chittar and is considered a "medical spa" on account of the medical smell in the waters.[clarification needed] It is located 5 km (3.1 mi) from the nearest city Tenkasi. There are a total of nine falls of which Peraruvi, Aintharuvi and Puli Aruvi being the most prominent.

Very refreshing it was. At the time I was going, there wasn't a lot of crowd. This place doesn't have lockers so you have to keep your things in a safe place. The entrance fee is rs.6 per head. They have dress changing rooms for women. There is seperate places for men and women to bath. But the only drawback of the place is that it's a small place compared to other falls in courtallam.

Falls with good water flow at a lesser height approx 8fts. Separate space for men and women. A small trek walk is needed to reach the falls. Entry ticket of rs.6 and evening close time 430pm unlike other falls which are open 24/7.

This falls location in courtrallam. From tenkasi bus stand it's 6.5 km. We can enjoy here a especially childrens. It looks like jungle forest. Its near courtrallam main falls... entrance fee is rs.6 rupees only. There are rooms available for dress changing for both girl and boy separately. Clean unpolluted waterfalls from a spring originating thirikooda malai. I enjoyed with a half an hour bathing. I wish all of you to enjoy.
