Don't book in this hotel.very very worst experience in my life. Oyo cheating my money,while booking OYO37998 Thirumal reaidency.because they are deny my check in.but oyo negotiating.i booked AC room,finally oyo customer care told not a.c room.Oyo not paying any money to this hotel,thats why they are denying.i must register case in consumer court.Dont book in OYO.

Booked a @oyorooms via @makemytrip. When we reached the hotel the stay was denied and property owner said that the room cannot be given as OYO haven’t given adequate money for the room which we have booked and he was so rude and uncooperative. The property owner didn’t even bother to let us know this message earlier and he was not even ready to talk with any of the support people either from OYO/MakeMyTrip and pick the call which he received from them. Looks like this has happened before. As it’s a weekend, he is getting paid more from the offline customers than the online customers. At the end OYO was not able to provide any accommodation to us. I believe OYO should be more responsible in identifying their hotel partners and be more accountable. They shouldn’t leave their customers at road like this.

Wonderful room.. at low cost,. And Nearby new bus stand backside. 1 km. Good room service Cleaned room.

Not good. Entrance is so bad. How it be inside. Gali is very dirty. Where chicken🐓 are being processed . Very dirty smell👃

Don't book a room through oyo. You can save a lot of money by paying for the room in person. The room wasn't clean but that is the case in almost all the hotels nearby. They don't bother cleaning the room or changing the bed sheets. Don't pay for a room here unless you have no choice.

Worst.... Money looting lodge... Don't book through OYO in this residency... They will confirm your booking and allot Ur room to another person and say We have closed OYO account already.... They will leave u in streets without room.... We have faced the same recently

Worst hotel do not reduce your reputation by listing this hotel. Even booked room is not given to me
