For the first time, I have had a good experience with a service centre. Compared to the other providers service centres I would rate this to be the best. The prices were transparent on the website and so I was able to have a view upfront of the cost it will take to repair my phone. It took nearly 3 hours to get my phone serviced but that was also communicated to me before. The staff were very polite to all the customers I had seen in the centre this day. Just a suggestion - there could be a charging point in the centre.

Had called to verify the availability of spare part and service charge, the rough estimation and the service explained on call itself. Mr Prakash is a reliable person, offered best service in terms of service charges, privacy, commitment. I had approached huawei authorised service centre, and few private services centres none of them willing to change the touch glass alone (which costs ₹1800 including front glass), they were insisted to change the glass with lcd (not original cost estimate ₹3,200) I recommend Smart mobile service... 👍
