worst experience.... Ate chicken meals and ghee rice today for Rs 250 (single). I never feel such worst experience . Also worst in service too. This is worth for only Rs 50 or 60. Owner and servents are physo , not good for family members ,For Ghee rice they are using ordinary rice grants that taste like Goverment rice

The food is awesome! My favourite would be the sheela meen fry, And the mutton sapadu! The price is bit high though, costs 320 for a mutton sapadu!

There was nothing out of the ordinary in this place Limited menu which is overpriced for the town they are serving it in, normal homelike taste which has been blown out of proportion by youtube reviews, over all if you don't have any other option when you come to shop sarees in Chennai silks, or around do try their ghee rice and mutton chops,

Shahi mess, they claim that this is kayalpatnam food taste. But it’s not. worst food taste. Ordered pepper chicken, but waiter brought me normal chicken curry with leg piece and top is fully put pepper powder. Very Disappointed. But price is very high.

A plce to get a good ghee rice and chicken chops combo. They serve meals, and other sides. But Ghee rice and chicken chops combo is popular with them. Food taste will be like home made. It is expensive. Average cost for two person will be 250 INR. But worth to pay for the food they serve. It is opened only for lunch. They dont serve dinner.

We 3 had food here , costed around 1300, had ghee rice and mutton gravy which is on point , and chicken 65 was good ! 💓 Proper masala and fish fry was quite good as well , but it could be more salty 💓

Good,but on Fridays they supply only ghee rise with curries ordered,rice is more but not garnished well. The quantity of side dish is less in comparison to the other shops. The taste of curries supplied was very good. The owner and the suppliers maintained a very good attitude..

Everything is good at Shahi Mess. But the cost is high. Not preferable for middle class family.

Went here after watching a youtube video and so we expected a lot but the Food served was good enough to eat and proportion was also great... Here is the twist, just for a ghee rice and a curry they charged over 1200..busted🙂
