Good designs,they allow you to check any design you want to see. Last year I bought a chain here, still it's in good condition.

We bought a silver chain in last month September 9th. After a 10 days silver colour was changed into black colour. we discussed with G.R.T shop sales man, he was find the mistake, after that he removed the black stain and he agreed hence forth it will not be happened My first experience with G.R.T::: In before 3 years back, my wife necklace was bracked has two pieces. This necklace was buyed in the chennai T Nagar G.R.T branch. My second experience with G.R.T::: Approximately 1 year back 🔙 we was buyed earring( ஜிமிக்கி கம்மல்). We faced the same problem.ஜிமிக்கி was fell down. So my experience was were bad. But yesterday also buy the one small golden ring and small கால் தண்டை also...

We bought a silver chain for the newborn infant in the morning, and when we asked the salesperson about an extension, they stated it could be done at any time after the purchase and would be customised. So, on the day of the purchase, I went to the store in the afternoon. Another salesperson approached us and said that the extension chain has a predetermined length of approximately 15 cm and costs RS 1500, which appears pricey but is a fixed peace rate. I paid Rs 8000 for the silver chain, however the extension is 18.75% of the purchase price. Effective sales strategy that compels clients to buy the product. Overall, I don't like their after-sales support.

Very worst maintenance of digital banking and wasted 2hrs of time in billing counter. Checked with the staff where UPI is working today and the answer was yes it is working and money got debited but GRT didn't receive the credit and asked to collect the product by next day after they check with accounts department. Later a superior mentioned UPI was not working and server problem.
