Customer Service: They will not allow you sit comfortably in your preferred place/seat instead they will force you to sit in the place where they want you to sit.. They will not serve you the food which you ask for instead they will you provide the food which they want to serve you..( i asked for plain biryani & chicken chilly whereas they served me chicken biryani & chicken chilly was not served)... Biryani: Coming to biryani it tastes below average.. Biryani rice was overcooked & burnt even the chicken pieces in it... Too much of Masala which spoils the flavour of the biryani and it's taste... I heard Babu Biryani is one of the popular biryani place of TIRUPPUR.. but I feel it is over-hyped.. Though they are so popular at Tiruppur and they have earned good and decent reviews in the past.. keeping those past reviews as conceit they have began to serve low quality, low tasting, over cooked - burnt masala rice in the - so called name "Babu Biryani"... Babu Biryani is in the state that they are least bothered about customers no matter what kind of food they serve to people.. people will eat it and they can make money out of it.. regardless of taste, quality & cooking...
